ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date November 12, 2019.

I should have told her everything.

How much I loved her.
How much I’ve always loved her.
But I didn’t.
I couldn’t.
I just wasn’t made that way.

Instead… I claimed her.
Teased her.
Taunted her.
Worshipped her.
Until… I broke her.

My best friend.
My savior.
My girl.

From my mind to my heart, to every single bone in my body.
She owned me.
I was hers.

Every look.
Every kiss.
Every touch.
Every tear.

It was always her.

The only thing I feared more than losing her was forgetting her.
I hated how much I needed her.

She was mine.
Always and forever.

I hated her .

But Harley Jameson was about to find out how much…

I LOVED her now.

REVIEW: LOVE YOU NOW is the second instalment in M. Robinson’s contemporary, adult LOVE HURTS duet. LOVE YOU NOW is the continuing story of Harley Jameson and Jackson Pierce-the next generation in the author’s Good ‘Ol Boys series. LOVE YOU NOW should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up immediately after the events of book one HATE YOU THEN.

Told from dual first person perspectives Harley and Jackson jumping back and forth between several time lines, LOVE YOU NOW follows the acrimonious and dysfunctional relationship between Harley Jameson and Jackson Pierce. Raised in the MC lifestyle, Harley Jameson is a strong, independent heroine whose overprotective family finds Harley struggling to move forward with her life. Having fallen in love with her life-long nemesis Jackson Pierce, Harley finds herself in a love-hate relationship; a caustic and petulant love affair with a man she is unable to trust since she was fifteen years old. Life and everything it has to offer finds Jackson and Harley in a loveless marriage of convenience, a marriage Harley believes to be in name only.

LOVE YOU NOW focuses on the back and forth, immature and emotionally volatile relationship between Harley and Jackson. As Jackson’s star continues to rise on the professional football circuit, Harley feels forced into keeping up appearances for the sake of Jackson’s career. We are witness to what was and what will never be; to the fall-out of friendship and love by betrayal, secrets, lies and loss.

M. Robinson pulls the reader into a heart breaking story between two flawed people with issues of trust; broken by secrets and lies, and a lack of communication. Jackson’s need to push Harley’s buttons forces our heroine to lock down and check out affecting their relationship, going forward.

LOVE YOU NOW is a not a story of romance but a love affair hidden behind pain and mistrust. The premise is engaging; the romance is tormented, difficult and impassioned; the characters are colorful but adolescent-like in attitude and behavior.

ANYONE BUT CADE (Anyone But…#2) by Penelope Bloom-a review

ANYONE BUT CADE (Anyone But …#2) by Penelope Bloom-a review

Amazon.com / Amazon.ca / B&N / Chapters Indigo / Google Play

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date November 12, 2019.

After Cade King cost me everything, I vowed I’d never fall for him again—even if he became rich and megafamous.
Go figure.
Now Cade is back with his billion-dollar company…and his ability to radiate attraction like a tempting Wi-Fi hotspot. Not to mention his tendency to have worse impulse control than a chimpanzee.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it a little when I arrested him for disorderly conduct. Unfortunately, I think Cade liked it a little too. So when he asks for my help, I know exactly what I should say. But something’s fried the circuits in my brain. It doesn’t help that I can practically feel my ovaries humming to life just from standing within fifty yards of him. The bastard.
Still, Cade doesn’t know the first thing about commitment. He lives completely in the moment. I’d need to have a recurring case of amnesia to believe he could change. I guess only time will tell which one of us is the real fool in the end.

••••••••••••••

REVIEW: ANYONE BUT CADE is the second instalment in Penelope Bloom’s contemporary, adult ANYONE BUT… romance series focusing on the King brothers: twins Rich and Cade, and younger brother Nick. This is twenty-five year old billionaire tech businessman Cade King, and police officer Iris Rosewood. ANYONE BUT CADE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information is revealed where necessary.

SOME BACKGROUND: Seven years earlier high school friends Miranda, Kira and Iris made a promise to never date the King brothers in response to heartbreak, secret and lies that spiralled out of control. Fast forward to present day wherein the King brothers have returned to their hometown of West Valley, North Carolina in an effort to upstart a new division in their billion dollar high tech industry.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Iris and Cade) ANYONE BUT CADE follows the rebuilding relationship between billionaire tech businessman Cade King, and police officer Iris Rosewood. Seven years earlier Cade King destroyed any hopes for a future with Iris Rosewood when he shattered Iris’ chances at a scholarship in retaliation for Iris breaking his heart. Fast forward to present day and the King brothers have returned to West Valley, North Carolina, in an attempt to upstart their billion dollar tech industry. Shocking news from his past sends Cade into a tailspin landing him face to face with the woman he has never stopped loving. Enter police officer Iris Rosewood. What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Iris and Case, and the potential fall-out as people behind the scenes set out to destroy their second chance romance.

Cade King made a terrible mistake the day he destroyed Iris’ future and no amount of grovelling would make up for what happened but his past is about to catch up and he is desperate for help, including help from the woman that would become his present and his future. Iris Rosewood never forgot about the horrible day when everything fell apart but a second chance with Cade meant more than anything she could have ever imagined.

The relationship between Cade and Iris is one of second chances: a rekindling romance between two people destroyed by mischief, mistakes, and childhood pranks. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

We are reintroduced to Cade’s twin brother Rich and his wife Kira; their youngest brother Nick, as well as their manipulative and controlling parents Harper and Edna King; Iris’ father, and her police partner Billy, and precocious Bear.

ANYONE BUT CADE is a story of family, friendship, second chances and love; a story of secrets and lies, power and control. The premise is engaging and revealing; the characters are colorful, energetic and dynamic; the romance is seductive, captivating and hot.

Crown of Oblivion by Julie Eshbaugh – a Review

Crown of Oblivion by Julie Eshbaugh – a Review

Amazon / B&N / Kobo / BAM / Book Depository / Google Play / Apple

Description:
Astrid is the surrogate for Princess Renya, which means she bears the physical punishment if Renya steps out of line. Astrid has no choice—she and her family are Outsiders, the lower class of people without magic and without citizenship.

But there is a way out of this life—competing in the deadly Race of Oblivion. To enter the race, an Outsider is administered the drug Oblivion, which wipes their memory clear of their past as they enter a new world with nothing to help them but a slip of paper bearing their name and the first clue. It’s not as simple as solving a puzzle, however—for a majority of the contestants, the race ends in death. But winning would mean not only freedom for Astrid, but citizenship and health care for her entire family. With a dying father to think of, Astrid is desperate to prevail.

From the beginning, the race is filled with twists and turns. One of them is Darius, a fellow racer Astrid meets but isn’t sure she can trust. Though they team up in the race, as Astrid’s memories begin to resurface, she remembers just who he was to her—a scorned foe who may want revenge. Astrid also starts to notice she has powers no Outsider should—which could help her win the race, but also make her a target if anyone finds out. With stakes that couldn’t be higher, Astrid must decide what is more important: risking her life to remember the mysteries of the past, or playing a cutthroat game in order to win her—and her family’s—freedom.

Review:

Crown of Oblivion by Julie Eshbaugh is a YA Fantasy novel. Astrid Jael, our heroine, is a surrogate outsider to the Princess Reyna, with both being very close.  However, Astrid suffers consequences, such as being whipped, for anything that the family deems Reyna has done wrong; Astrid has the scars on her back to prove her loyalty to Reyna.  But when Astrid tries to help her family, even with Reyna’s help, her father dies and Astrid needs to step up to save her young brother.

She decides to enter the Race of Oblivion, which is a death defying race (similar a little to Hunger Games), with only the winner receiving full citizenship with benefits for the entire family.  The race is difficult and brutal, as for most of the contestants, the race will end in their deaths.   This will free her brother and herself as surrogatea; despite the low odds, Astrid signs up to enter the race.

Each contestant is given a memory altering drug (Oblivion) that wipes out their memory, being in the middle of nowhere and trying to find clues to further them in the game.  Astrid was a wonderful heroine, who was loyal, strong, smart, independent and who had secret magical ability, which she kept hidden until she needed to use it to save herself.  Along the way, Astrid meets many people who would help her or try to kill her, as well as finding her long lost older brother, who turns out to be a member of the OLA (revolutionary group).  Determined to do this alone, Astrid reluctantly accepts the help of Darius, to partner up until they would reach the end.

What follows is an intense, exciting, action filled adventure that will have us on the edge of our seat throughout the many violent and dangerous situations as they get closer to the end. Esbaugh gives us some great secondary characters besides Astrid; Darius, Reyna, both of her brothers, and a nasty villain in Prince Lars. I did love Astrid, and liked Darius after a bit.    As we raced to the climax, there were so many twists and turns that caught us by surprise, and changing things drastically.

Crown of Oblivion was not only exciting and intense, but it was an intriguing and compelling story line.  The world building was very well done and different.  Julie Esbaugh did a wonderful job writing this story in a difficult world.   I have not seen if this is going to be a series, but I thought that though the end was satisfying, there were things left open that could result in another book or two.  I suggest if you enjoy YA fantasy, you should read Crown of Oblivion.

Biker Babe (Biker Beauties #1) by Audrey Carlan-Review & Giveaway Tour

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date November 11, 2019

Princess. That’s what the club calls me. I’m not frilly, into pink, or expect a man to woo me with chocolates and flowers. I don’t need candlelit dinners and long walks on the beach.

I’m not the girl you take home to your parents. I like wild, fun, and good times. I’m the kind of girl you put on the back of your bike and ride through the night…in more ways than one.

I like the wind in my hair and the open road before me. I was born a biker princess and I’ll be one until the day I die. The man in my life can try to tame me, but he’ll have one hell of a fight on his hands. Though if he wins, he’ll get the ultimate prize…all of me. Devoted. His old lady through thick and thin.

So when I opened my store, aptly named Biker Babe, I didn’t expect to have the biggest, sexiest, most jaw-dropping man walk into my shop and set my world on fire. I wanted him instantly. Only problem, my father is the president of the Hero’s Pride MC, and Taggart “Rex” Crawford is his new Vice President.

Our Pride likes to live wild and ride free but everyone knows the President’s daughter is off limits.

The Biker Beauties are a collection of interconnected standalone novellas. They can be read out of order if desired. They are high in heat, but don’t forget the sweet.

••••••••

REVIEW: Biker Babe is a romantic novel set in Oregon. This story has strong characters, dialog is well done. The story is a quick read and full of very hot love scenes. This book makes a lot of introduction of the characters in the Hero’s Pride MC. This group’s members are all ex-military or police. They are all good guys, not criminals, but really tough.

This is the story of Shayla and Rex. Shayla is the daughter of the president of the Oregon chapter of Hero’s Pride and so is the club princess. Rex has joined the Oregon chapter after leaving his father’s club in California. He’s not happy about the direction his father is taking that club and has left and joined the Oregon chapter. He’s now the new VP.

The story begins as Shayla opens her dream, a boutique for bikers. She has all the great merchandise and the club helped her renovate the building. They meet when Rex brings his new patch to her shop to have it sown on. He sees her in the window and falls immediately in love…

She’s arguing with an ex-boyfriend she’s kicked to the curb. He keeps hounding and stalking her. Rex takes exception to the way he’s talking to Shayla and breaks his nose. She falls for him about the same way he did for her, then she finds out he’s the new VP. She thinks her dad and the guys will not approve, since she’s their princess and tries to warn him off.

Okay, that’s the set up and pretty much the gist of the story. The details are great. The plans and forthcoming events are a great start to this series.

If you like motorcycle stories, but love good guys, this is your happy place!

DON’T BREATHE A WORD
Texas Justice #2
by Christie Craig
Release Date : November 5, 2019
Genre: adult, contemporary, romantic, suspense

Amazon.com / Amazon.ca / B&N / KOBO / Chapters Indigo / Google Play

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date November 5, 2091

Police detective Juan Acosta doesn’t only carry scars on the outside. He’s filled with guilt and anger ever since his undercover job led to the murder of those he loved the most. Now he’s living for one thing: revenge. That is, until Juan meets his beautiful new neighbor.

Vicki Holloway prides herself on being capable and independent, but her life is turned upside down when her sister Sara is killed by an abusive ex. Fearing for the safety of her niece, Vicki and the little girl go into hiding…resurfacing in Texas with new identities.

Juan finds his once-frozen heart thawing around Vicki, but he knows she’s hiding something. Juan needs answers, but Vicki isn’t talking. She has to keep her secrets if she wants to keep Bell safe, which means resisting her growing feelings for the sexy, scarred man next door. But when Juan’s quest for justice brings danger to her door, divulging the truth might be the only thing that keeps her alive.

••••••••

REVIEW: Don’t Breathe a Word begins with Detective Juan Acosta losing everything in the blink of an eye. One moment, he and his sweet pregnant wife are sharing a poignant moment together and the next moment, his life changed forever. Scarred, inside and out, from the explosion that killed his burgeoning family, Juan works the cold cases day in and day out. He is only merely existing and hanging on by his need for revenge.

One night, he sees an intruder trying to break into his new neighbor’s back door and goes to investigate. When the intruder throws a bbq grill at him, his vision is compromised as another attacker engages him. As he wrestles with the newest threat, he is stunned to see that not only is it a woman, but it is his neighbor who has mistaken him for the intruder who is long gone now. Once all of the confusion is sorted out, he knows one thing for sure about his new neighbor: “Nicki” is scared…………

Vicki, aka Nicki, is scared that the one she ran from, along with her niece, have found them once again. She swore to keep her safe, and if she has to run again, she’ll do it. However, once she and her niece get to know Juan, it doesn’t take either of them long to surmise that not only is he a good guy, but he will do whatever he needs to to keep them safe.

Don’t Breathe a Word is a nicely written story with great characters. Vicki is strong and independent, but she’s also wary and tired. She doesn’t trust easily, which causes a few misunderstandings along the way. You fall in love with Juan immediately. His grief is palpable, but so are his growing feelings for Vicki and her niece. The secondary characters are well written and engaging. The world Craig has built is one of family and second chances and leaves you wanting more and holding your breath until the very end. This is the first I’ve ready by this author but look so forward to reading more. Well done, Christie Craig! Very well done!

Diamond in the Rogue by Wendy LaCapra – a Review

Diamond in the Rogue by Wendy LaCapra – a Review

Amazon / B&N / Kobo / Google Play / Apple

Description:
In an act of revenge, Lord Rayne kissed Lady Julia and was sent packing to America. But now he’s back to settle his affairs and give away his sister in marriage, until he meets up with the alluring yet innocent Lady Julia again. He doesn’t regret their first kiss, but he was never good enough for her.

Lady Julia had two years to forget the moody and mercurial Earl of Rayne. But one look, and she knows they’re meant to be together. Be damned with his and her brother’s objections, she’ll just jump on the back of Rayne’s departing carriage and compromise them both thoroughly.
Only, Julia never expected her forbidding Lord to be so good at resisting temptation…

Review:

Diamond in the Rogue by Wendy LaCapra is a Lord of Chance novel. If you’re familiar with the series, you will recognize some of the characters featured in this novel.  The gist of this is that there are several members of the male aristocracy of the times that were great friends. They were young, rich, and visited the gambling dens so often they were each given the nickname of a suit of cards. Brompton was christened Spades; Farring was Clubs, Markham was Hearts, and Rayne was called Diamonds. The backstories on these fellows is usually interesting and complicated. As the title suggests, this novel is the story of Graham Laithe, Earl of Rayne and Julia Stanley, Lord Brompton’s sister.

A fierce misunderstanding caused a serious rift among the friends. Lord Rayne was told to stay away from Lady Julia by not only her brother, but their friend Lord Markham as well. Only Lord Farring still believed in Rayne, his other friends no longer welcomed him. After the argument that caused the rift, Rayne had sailed for American and remained there trying to remake his character as he thought he needed for several years. He’d only recently returned to see to his sister’s marriage to his ex-friend Markham. He was planning to sell his estate and return to his solitary life in New York.

Lady Julia had gone a coming out, but never really tried to find a match because she still wanted Rayne. She watches him almost as much as he watches her. Lord Farring knows she still wants Rayne and he thinks his friend is making bad decisions and about to ruin his life. He and Julia begin to put together a plan to abduct Rayne and make him face his feelings and try to begin again. Julia isn’t sure Rayne really wants her, but Farring convinces her he’s hiding from feelings he’s afraid of.

Okay. That’s the basic setup of the novel. I won’t do spoilers. I like discovering novels and characters for myself and I think most of us do too. The premise is almost madness and yet interestingly managed. The arguments are wild and witty. The romance is splendidly erotic and yet sweet. This is a wonderful addition to the series and I just love to see how these damaged, but wonderful people can overcome all they’ve been through and find a happy life.

Grab yourself a good drink and maybe a snack, sit down for a great ride! Congratulations to author LaCapra on another wonderful story.

Meanwhile, Hades suspects something is wrong in the Underworld, and goes in search of the truth only to discover the trouble has found its’ way to Saint’s Grove, trouble that could destroy any chance of happiness for Ana and her Greek Gods. When someone from Hades’ past comes looking for friendship, friendship is the least of their worries when issues of trust begin to destroy Ana’s faith in the men that she loves.

BOUND BY THE GODS is a story of love and sacrifice; betrayal and vengeance; romance and happily ever after. The premise is captivating; the romance is passionate and intense; the characters are dynamic, strong, flirty and powerful. Carly Fall’s MORE THAN MEN series is an imaginative and otherworldly take on the Greek gods and the woman they love.

When an astrological event causes the universal seals to break, the sleepy town of Saint’s Grove, Virginia, is overrun with paranormal entities.

In the mayhem, bakery owner, Arabella “Bella” Franklin is attacked by a demon, and Jayden, an Angel of Death, comes to her rescue. Unlike Bella, who cannot recall her past life, Jayden has never forgotten the passion they shared centuries earlier. Their reunion will give him an opportunity to rekindle their bond, as well as regain his life as a human. But first, he must convince Bella of her former life and the love they once felt for one another.

With only seven days until the universal seals repair, memories of Bella’s past life begin to surface, as does the knowledge that if she can’t kill the demon before the time is up, she-and possibly Jayden-may be forced to spend eternity in Hell.
If you like Diana Gabaldon, you will enjoy this book!

REVIEW: SHADOWS OF THE PAST by Carly Fall is part of the multi-authored SAINTS GROVE paranormal series focusing on the town of Saint’s Grove, Virginia in the aftermath of a total lunar eclipse, and the alignment of the planets, that will open a portal to the otherworld releasing all mythical beings for an epic battle of Good versus Evil. This is the Angel of Death Jayden, and bakery owner Arabella ‘Bella’ Franklin’s story line-a time travel, second chance romance.

WARNING: There are scenes of violence and abuse that may not be suitable for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual third person perspectives (Jayden and Bella) using present day and memories from the past, SHADOWS OF THE PAST follows the rekindling romance between Jayden and Arabella, a love affair that was destroyed centuries earlier, but a love that has withstood the test of time. Arabella finds herself caught up in the chaos following the alignment of the planets, only to come face to face with a wingless angel, an angel who knows more about Arabella that she could have ever imagined. As Jayden plays protector and guardian of our story line heroine, Bella will soon discover that the life she leads is not the first life of which she has lived and died. What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Jayden and Bella, and the potential fall-out as Bella finds herself targeted by someone from the past.

Bella Franklin has lived two lives, and in both lives our heroine has fallen in love with her would-be protector. Centuries earlier Arabella was forced into a marriage with an abusive man who ended her life but not before our heroine fell in love with her guardian knight. Fast forward to present day wherein Arabella’s past comes seeking revenge forcing Jayden to beg Heaven for a chance to protect the woman he loves.

SHADOWS OF THE PAST is a second chance romance; a rekindling relationship destroyed by power, control, torture and abuse. The premise is engaging and captivating; the characters are strong, energetic and colorful; the romance is seductive, passionate and intense but I struggled with the use of a certain four-letter word I don’t feel is necessary in a romance story line. Carly Fall pulls the reader into a fascinating and enchanting look at the paranormal.

REVIEW:“The war was almost over.
After eight long years of endless battles, the king would soon be dead. The reign of Tiberius would be known as the darkest in the history of the Empire. Never before had a king been so hated, and never had such hatred been so deserved. But thanks to a man named André (also called “the Kingslayer”), the Black King Tiberius would soon be a memory…..”

Wow!!
That was really good. Although the footnotes that were added after each chapter, were a little confusing at first, but explained much without writing it into the story, so you could skip the footnotes and not really notice too much.

After eight long years the bitter war would soon be over. The most hated king in the Isobellian Empire was Tiberius. He was a cruel and vicious ruler.

Andre is professed to be a kingslayer. (Either a slayer of kings or going to be a slayer)

We then face a long and deadly gave of cat and mouse, Andre must find a special sword in order to kill the “Black King” looking forward clues as to the whereabouts of the sword, all the while avoiding the imperial knights looking to end the legend.

It’s really well written and flows seamlessly from one chapter to another.
The battles are described well. And we get that sense of urgency. Andre needs to find the sword. And he needs to fight the black knight

The supporting characters are written about well. We have a few, that seem more important, a princess that needs to be saved.

It has magical elements in the story also. Wizards, wands and spells. A ring that give the wearer immortality. And a sword that can kill a King!!!

TRC: Hi Aubrey and welcome to The Reading Café. Congratulations on the recent release of ANDRE, THE KINGSLAYER.

We would like to start with some background information. Would you please
tell us something about yourself?

Follow: Twitter/Amazon Author Page/Instagram/

Aubrey: I am a writer from central Arkansas, who is always down for a good book and a nice beverage. I love animals. I love the simple things. And yes, that includes writing. 🙂

TRC: Who or what influenced your career in writing?

Aubrey:Honestly, it was probably J.R.R. Tolkien. If he had never been published as a fantasy writer, it’s likely I never would’ve written a single word of fiction. So, you can blame my work on him, though only indirectly.

TRC: What challenges or difficulties did you encounter writing and publishing this story?

Aubrey:The biggest challenge was the editing process. It is so difficult to find an editor that’s worth the money. Aside from that, another challenge was funding the book’s publication (since I am an indie author). Self-publishing a book that’s a quality product isn’t an easy task. That’s for sure.

TRC: Would you please tell us something about the premise of  Andre, the Kingslayer?

Aubrey:It’s a high fantasy that focuses on a man named André. He is the subject of a prophecy that says he will end Isobellia’s civil war by stealing a religious artifact (a sword called Excelsior), and by killing the Black King Tiberius with it. In order to do this, André must befriend all sorts of interesting characters, but I’ll keep you in suspense on what kind of characters exactly.

TRC: Do you have plans to write a series focusing on the adventures of Andreas Bellbrook, the Kingslayer?

Aubrey:I don’t currently plan on writing a series. I have an idea for a sequel, but it’s so obscure at this point that it may not ever happen.

TRC: What kind of research/plotting did you do, and how long did you spend researching /plotting before beginning Andre, The Kingslayer

Aubrey:That’s an interesting question. I spent virtually no time researching or plotting the book before I wrote the book, but I spent a ridiculous amount of time editing it after the fact. During that time, I did research that I should’ve done at the beginning to make the book better. The whole process took about thirteen years, which is ludicrous because it’s not a huge book.

TRC: Do you believe the cover image plays a deciding factor for many readers in the process of selecting a book or new series to read?

Aubrey:I do. They say not to judge a book by its cover, but we all do it. So yes, the cover image is a crucial part of the book as a whole.

TRC: When writing a storyline, do the characters direct the writing or do you direct the characters?

Aubrey:I’ve never really thought about it in those terms. Usually, I just come up with an idea and see where it goes. So, I suppose I do a little bit of both, depending on the story.

TRC: The mark of a good writer is to pull the reader into the storyline so that they experience the emotions along with the characters. What do you believe a writer must do to make this happen?  Where do you believe writer’s fail in this endeavor?

Aubrey:I think you need to make the reader want to know more information. In a way, you should strive to make them curious about what is going on. I think that curiosity sells. If you can make them curious, you’ll make them want to keep reading.

TRC: Do you listen to music while writing? If so, does the style of music influence the storyline direction? Characters?

Aubrey:I can’t write while listening to music. As someone with a severe case of ADHD, I find it way too distracting. So, no music has ever influenced the storyline of my books or my characters.

TRC: What do you believe is the biggest misconception people have about authors?

Aubrey:That writing a book is easy. In a way it’s very easy, but writing a book well—which is key—is quite difficult. If it was an easy task, I think more people would do it.

TRC: What is something that few, if anyone, knows about you?

Aubrey:I can blow bubbles with my tongue! 😀

TRC: Who is your favorite author (living or dead)?

Aubrey:That’s a tough one. There are so many good writers out there. I’ve always enjoyed J.K. Rowling and Brandon Sanderson, but I’ll go with J.R.R. Tolkien because he influenced the entire genre in which I am writing.

TRC: On what are you currently working?

Aubrey:Still trying to figure out my next project! Let’s wait and see, shall we?

TRC: Would you like to add anything else?

Aubrey:The only thing I can add is a big thank you for taking the time to conduct this interview. It makes my job easier.
