This is thirty-six year old Tizio Manolo, and twenty-two year old, university student Karlee MacNamara’s story line. SEARING PASSION can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Tizio and Karlee) SEARING PASSION follows in the wake of potential threats against our story line heroine. Tizio’s best friend Fallon MacNamara is currently in prison, and needs to have his sister Karlee protected but Fallon refuses to reveal the who, what or why, and in this Tizio is going in blind to protect the woman with whom he will fall in love. Karlee MacNamara doesn’t want a babysitter or a protector but or heroine has been targeted, and the threats are coming from all sides. What ensues is the building but acrimonious relationship between Karlee and Tizio, and the potential fall-out as Karlee refuses to believe she is the target of a more powerful group.

The world building focuses on the possiblity of a human trafficking ring on campus, and the people involved . Everyone becomes suspect to Tizio Manolo but Karlee refuses to accept the people Tizio accuses of possible involvement.

The relationship between Karlee and Tizio begins as an assignment but Karlee continues to defy our story line hero. No matter who is guarding our heroine, she continues to make her escape into all sorts of trouble. Tizio knows his attraction to Karlee will only get him in trouble but the hearts wants something it cannot have. The $ex scenes are intimate and erotic- Tizio likes to talk dirty, and discipline with spanking.

The secondary and supporting characters include most of the previous story line couples, as well as several additional security specialists working with Tizio. We are introduced to Karlee’s brother Fallon, and her friends Laura and Hazard. The requisite evil has many faces.

SEARING PASSION is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, family and friendships, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is dramatic, captivating and engaging; the romance is seductive ; the characters are determined and driven.

The relationship between Ophelia and Lane begins as a work assignment in which Ophelia battles between head and heart preferring to work alone but the boss needs someone to profile our story line hero, a man who was sentenced to prison for crimes he did not commit.Lane Lawson ‘s attraction to Ophelia is immediate and intense, and within days, Lane declares himself protector of the woman with whom he is falling in love.The $ex scenes are passionate and seductive.

There is a large ensemble cast of questionable secondary and supporting characters including over zealous law enforcement, and the return of FBI Agent Oliver Foxx, and Lane’s sister Lark Lawson, and tracker Memphis Camden, and falsely accused Beau LeBlanc. The requisite evil has many faces.

LOCKED IN ICE is a story of power and control, obsession and madness, betrayal and vengeance, acceptance and love.The fast paced premise is intriguing and suspenseful; the characters are determined and dynamic; the romance is fated.

The $ex scenes are intimate but aggressive-Amelia likes it rough in the bedroom.

We are introduced to several members of the RBMC: Omaha Chapter, as well as the Devil’s Rejects; Amelia’s brothers Bennett, and Ben; Ben’s friend Bobby, and Amelia’s friend Tasha. The requisite evil has many faces.

CRAZY PSYCHO is a story of magic and mayhem, secrets and lies; power and control; betrayal and vengeance; acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is dark and dramatic but juvenile is places; the romance is limited; the characters are determined, desperate and chilling.

Review:

Lightningborn by Julie Kagawa is the first book in her new Storm Dragons series. The story revolves around two main characters; Remy, a street urchin who survives the dangerous streets of Cutthroat Wedge and Gem, a princess, who lives a life of privilege.

We meet young Remy, who has no family left, living in the family’s small poor house, and finding ways to to survive. He often hangs out at the local pub and talks to Bart, an old storyteller who shares his stories about dragons. Remy’s life will change forever, when a powerful magical storm will drop a baby dragon by his doorstep. He names the baby dragon, Storm, and quicky he feels a bond and will do everything to protect the dragon.  But Remy needs to hide Storm, as an evil pirate, Jhaeros is turning the town upside down to find the dragon.

Gem, is a princess, who attends the College of Magic, hoping to become a true mage. She overhears that the floating islands that make up her kingdom are slowly sinking. While in the library, Gem finds some details about Ancient Ones, which could help restore the magic. Determined to get more information, Gem, without her father’s approval goes in search to find Sir Bartello, the last person who had contact with a True Dragon. Can Sir Bartello help fix the storm crystals to save the kingdom? Gem takes her white dragon, Cloud on an adventure to seek help.

Remy does his best to help hide Storm, and his constantly finding food for him. Bart will find Remy and Storm, and decide to help them, bringing them to his home, which has caves to hide Storm.  But with the pirate Jhaeros offering large sums of money, the danger escalates, and when Remy learns that the pirate is going after Bart, he knows he has to save him, which would mean giving up Storm.

Gem is heading for Cutthroat Wedge with Cloud, and when a terrible storm hits, a pirate ship beckons her to come to safety, where she will meet Captain Cutlass.  The Captain (a lady pirate) is very fair, and is willing to help Gem find Sir Bertello, knowing who Gem is (princess) and her help will get her some gifts, after this adventure is over.   When they get to the island, they learn that Jhaeros has captured the baby dragon as well as Bart (Sir Bertello), as they just left. Gem begs Captain Cutlass to follow the ship, Windshark, and Remy who is nearby, offers his help, as his bond can help find Storm.

What follows is an exciting, intense and wild ride to rescue Storm and Bart.  Gem and Remy will slowly trust each other, to save Storm as well as Bart.  Together with Gem discussing with Captain Cutlass a plan for Remy and her to get on the ship, while the Captain finds ways to distract those on the Windstark.  It was a wild ride, that had us holding our breath.  To say too much more would be spoilers, as you need to read this book to see what happens.

Lighningborn was an exciting start to the first book in the Storm Dragons series; it was fast paced action and suspense throughout.  I did like Remy; but I liked Gem even more; she was not only brave, determined with a strong personality.  I loved Storm. Lighntingborn was so very well written by Julie Kawaga. I look forward the next book in this series.

Fast forward to present day, Hudson aka Riptide was everything and more, including our story line heroine. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative.

We are introduced to several members of both the Seville Slayers MC, and the Hell on Heelz MC, as well as Star’s extended family, and the demon from her past.

REVIEW:BOSSY BILLIONAIRE is the first instalment in M. Robinson’s contemporary, adult THE BILLION-DOLLAR MEN erotic, romance series. This is thirty-two year old, billionaire entrepreneur Elias Sinclair, and PR agent Capri Locke’s story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Elias and Capri) using present day and memories form the past, BOSSY BILLIONAIRE follows the second chance romance and relationship between our story line couple. Approximately ten years earlier Elias Sinclair was offered a three year position as an investment banker in London , England, a position that would pull our hero away from the woman he loved but ten years would pass, wherein, Capri would meet someone else, and with Elias’ return everything would begin to spiral out of control. Hiring Capri’s mother’s PR firm as part of a promotional tour forces Capri up close and personal with the demons from her past, a past from which Elias is hoping for Capri’s forgiveness. What ensues is the rekindling but acrimonious relationship between Elias and Capri, and the potential fall-out as secrets and lies are about to, once again, push Capri out of Elias’ life.

The world building follows the painful past for our story line heroine who struggled in the face of perceived rejection, and the betrayal by someone she thought she had loved. Elias’ return, and hiring of her mother’s prestigious PR firm, forces Capri to confront the man who broke her heart but Elias pushes for something more, something he is hoping to make permanent and real.

The relationship between Capri and Elias is one of second chances but Elias was quick to change their story and script, and Capri would find herself in a fake-engagement with the man she once loved. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and erotic.

We are introduced to Capri’s parents, her best friend Ava; as well as Capri’s ex Kyle, and Amber.

BOSSY BILLIONAIRE is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, family and friendships, forgiveness and love. The premise is dramatic and entertaining; the romance is fated but struggles in the face of heart break and betrayal; the characters are desperate and dynamic.
