She can pretend not to notice…
They say I’m the best looking in my family. I couldn’t care less.
But her…She takes my breath away.
Not everyone sees her the way I do. That’s fine by me because she’s mine.
I pity those who think they can come between us.
I won’t stop until she’s at my side. Mine to touch. Mine to love. Mine to push to her limits then bring her back.
She’s my everything. She’s my soulmate.

REVIEW: BRATVA BEAUTY is the fourth instalment in Sabine Barclay’s contemporary, adult IVANKOV BROTHERHOOD dark, erotic, Mafia, romance series with a Daddy/baby girl dynamic. This is twenty-eight year olds, CFO/ Bratva enforcer Pasha Kutsenko, and forensic accountant Sumiko Kimura’s story line. BRATVA BEAUTY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Pasha and Sumiko) BRATVA BEAUTY follows the building and Daddy/baby girl dynamic relationship between twenty-eight year olds, CFO/ Bratva enforcer Pasha Kutsenko, and forensic accountant Sumiko Kimura. While on vacation in the Caribbean, Pasha Kutsenko would meet and fall for Japanese/Brazilian/American Sumiko Kimura, having no idea their paths were about to cross again. Looking into a new accounting firm, with connections to Russia, Pasha and his cousins will come face to face with our story line heroine, and Pasha will begin a fast seduction with the woman with whom he will fall in love but all is not well in the world of the Russian Bratva when not only the Italian and Irish mobs, but the Colombian Cartel begin to circle like sharks pitting every criminal organization against one another. With the help of Sumiko Kimura, Pasha and his brothers will begin to uncover a trail of betrayal and deceit, a fight for control at the very top. What ensues is the building relationship between Pasha and Sumiko, and the potential fall-out as attacks against the Bratva hit too close to home.
The relationship between Pasha and Sumiko is individualistic in that their relationship involves a daddy/baby girl power dynamic. Sumiko struggles with issues of low self esteem as it pertains to her body image, and in this, her weight and size are used as a tool to attack our story line couple. Although Pasha is not a Dominant in the truest sense of the BDSM world, he is dominating when it comes to the woman he loves. The $ex scenes are erotic and passionate.
Once again, there is a large ensemble cast of energetic and powerful secondary and supporting characters: Pasha’s brothers- Anton, Sergei, Mischa and their parents Alina and Grigori; Maksim and Laura (Bratva Darling 1), Bogdan and Christina (Bratva Sweetheart 2), Nico and Stasia (Bratva Treasure 3) Aleksei, and their mother Galina; as well as Sumiko’s parents Afonso and Akiko Kimura, and her brothers Cristiano and Davi. The requisite evil has many faces.
BRATVA BEAUTY is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, family and relationships, secrets and lies. The premise is intriguing; the romance is sensual with scenes of spanking; the characters are larger than life.
