ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date September 12, 2022
After the Priesthood wipes out my family, I find myself kidnapped and held prisoner by the head of the Bratva – a man who’s as charming as he is terrifying.
My days are filled with chaotic emotions and fear, and with time, I realize Viktor Vetrov wants more than just my obedience.
He wants all of me, but I refuse to fall for his filthy promises of ecstasy.
The instant I gain my freedom, I run straight back to the Cosa Nostra.
But, I quickly learn there are worse monsters in the world than the one who held me captive.
With no family left, choices are made for me. None are in my best interest.
I’m forced to marry a man twice my age who doesn’t have a gentle side.
I only have one hope. Viktor Vetrov.
But asking the head of the Bratva to save me will leave me indebted to him.
Do I give myself to the old monster who will use and abuse me, or do I give myself to the attractive devil who wiped out my family

REVIEW:Captured By A Sinner is book five in The Sinners Series by Michelle Heard. This is the book I had been waiting for.
Viktor Vetrov is twenty-five years old and the leader for the Russian Bratva Mafia. He is also a part of The Priesthood – a group of Mafia heads that are the convocation of the nation’s priesthood of organized crime.Viktor has agreed to help Nikolas Stathoulis take down the Sicilians that are invading his territory. When they invade the Sicilians property Viktor is caught off guard when he finds the granddaughter of the man they are there to kill in her bedroom. Seventeen-year-old Rosalie. Her entire family has just been wiped out for their business practices,Instead of killing her, since they never harm the innocent, he decides to kidnap her until she can fend for herself. Rosalie is one week away from her eighteenth birthday when everything she knows is ripped from her. Viktor sees that she is clearly unable to take care of herself let alone fend for herself. So he decided that she can live with him until she is twenty-one. That gives him plenty of time to teach her how to take care of herself. But Rosalie wants nothing to do with him. He is part of the group of men that destroyed her life. Taken everything she held dear away from her. How will she survive living in this man’s home until she is twenty-one?
Rosalie was just about to turn eighteen when she lost everything she has ever known. Now she has been kidnapped and taken prisoner by none other than Viktor Vetrov. She has heard stories about him.He is ruthless and doesn’t care for anyone but himself. But once she realizes that Viktor isn’t going to hurt her, in fact he is trying to help her. She slowly starts to relax and enjoy her surroundings – at least until she is twenty-one.She understands that Viktor hasn’t hurt her, has only provided for her and has done everything to care for her. As she begins to see Viktor differently, she knows she cannot betray her family’s memory by falling for a man that was part of what took her family from her.
Viktor knows keeping Rosalie is for her own protection. He also knows it doesn’t look well to the outside world that he has kept this woman captive. But he has his reasons. He knows she would not be safe out in the real world by herself. He also knows when she turns twenty-one, he must release her. He begins to fall in love with this woman in his house, but he will not force himself upon her. He wants her to come to him willingly. The hardest thing he must do is let her go when she turns twenty- one like he promised her. But as soon as she is out in the world all hell breaks loose. Old scores come back and take their revenge on her. Not because of anything she has done, because of what her family before her has done. And once Rosalie finds out what her family was doing, she is rocked to her core. She should have stayed with the man that protected her, took care of her. The man she loves Viktor Vetrov. Her only hope is that Viktor finds her in time. Will Viktor be able to get to her in time, will he love her like she loves him?Only time will tell…
This was the story I was waiting for. Through all the other books you heard tell of Viktor keeping a young woman prisoner. But knowing Viktor you just know there is more to the story.
And this was it. Completely and totally recommend the whole series – even though this is a stand alone. You can’t pass up this delicious story highly recommend.
