  1. Looooove the cover!! Those mismatched eyes?!?!?!?!?! I’m sooooo excited about this book!!! Someone on Ward’s FB wall asked where the tattooed tear was on Qhuinn’s face and she said that they didn’t want to overpower his face with too much, so she concentrated on the eyes!!

Ok first you 2 have great eye site , i had to bring it right up to my face and then i still was,nt sure ,( ie) make eye appointment lol Anyways yes great cover ,you got to luv a man with a big sword , but i have to say i have never read any of J.R. Ward,s books You have to let me know how they rate thanks.

      The men (vampires) love with their heart, soul, mind and body. When they find their Shellan (mate) their mate’s name is carved onto their upper backs and ‘scarified’ permanently.

      Every Brother has a story to tell-whether tortured, maimed, abused or lost. Each has their own unique talent but it is Zsadist whose story will bring you to tears….and if you start to read, do NOT forget to read the Insider’s Guide….again….some very poignant stories…you will laugh at the Brother’s Online and cry with Z and Bella’s short story.

      And Tohrment’s story…OMG….Lover Reborn….you will need a box of tissues and therapy…*sniff*

  4. Nice cover… just read this series last year… loved it… haven’t read Lover Reborn yet, but it is in my TBR pile (and yes I am working on it) Z has to be one of the most popular characters… going to be so glad to get Q & B’s story told.

  7. I love, love, love this cover. His eyes are so freaking cool, I could get lost in them. I know this is probably blasphemous to admit but I have yet to get into this series. I have it down on my list, but I just never seem to get anywhere with it. I swear that list of mine has a mind of it’s own and keeps re-arranging my reading order. LOL!!!! I hope to get into BDB this summer.

  8. I’m angry with myself!! I was on Ward’s FB wall and there were people asking if that was a hoodie or a robe. Ward being Ward kept saying “I don’t know what you’re talking about” and “confused over this robe discussion”!

    I obviously didn’t get past the eyes!!! ROFL!!!! We all know there will be a new Brother and I’m very sure it’ll be Qhuinn!!

    • hmmm..do you THINK maybe people are looking at the picture and being presumptuous as to -a robe vs a hoodie?

      But, yes…we know there will be a NEW Brother in Lover at Last…

      I want to know what she does with the ‘joining ceremony’. Will Qhuinn and Blay have EACH others’ names scarred onto their backs?
