Turns out, even after ten years, he still plucks every last nerve in my body. It doesn’t matter that he looks better than I remember and he’s cradling a beautiful dog who steals my heart.

A holiday romance wrapped in a small-town and two ex-best friends that turn lovers, what better way to throw together a romance. MistleFoe is a second chance, enemies to lovers, MM romance.

What’s a little mistletoe between friends. Toby has avoided returning home to the small-town of Winterbury for nearly a decade. The last time he was home, the sleepy town’s Mistletoe legend consumed him, and cost him his best friend, who has now become more of a frenemy than anything. Now back in town to help his father at their families vet clinic, Toby wants nothing more than to avoid the holiday cheer and his ex-best friend Archer. Too bad fate and the citizens of Winterbury have other plans in store for them.

As soon as Halloween is over, I hit the holiday books pretty quickly, and when I saw this one, it was a yes for me. While it checks all the boxes for a cute, cozy holiday read, it lacks the little moments for me. Nothing wrong with that, the story is fun and entertaining, it reads like a Hallmark movie, just a little sappy in all the right spots. Toby and Archer clash when they reunite, they argue, they fight, but underneath all of that there is a burning desire and chemistry between them. This book is sure to get readers into the holiday spirit!
