ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date April 25, 2023

I let her go once because she wasn’t mine. This time, I’ll die before I give her up…

I want her.

That smile… those curves.

But Ava doesn’t belong to me.

Then she arrives in my clubhouse, seeking refuge. My gut churns at the sight of the bruises on her face, the fear in her eyes.

Before I was the president of the War Brothers Motorcycle Club, I was a special forces sniper who hunted down evil men like her husband. Now I avoid relationships because the wounds I have are more than skin deep.

But Ava’s different, and when I find her in the wrong bedroom—my bedroom—one night, what happens next changes everything.

I let her go once because she was married, but I won’t make the same mistake twice.

I’ll die before I let her dangerous husband, the jealous women in our club, or the enemy our club didn’t see coming lay a finger on her.

Because this time around, Ava is mine.

REVIEW:The War Brothers Motorcycle Club, a club of bonded brothers and the women they come to love. Reaper is the first in what I hope to be a long series, by BLW. This is a first read with this author, and I can honestly say, I can’t wait to get my hands on more.

NOTE: Trigger warning for some, there is rough language and situations.

Reaper saw Ava once, said no more than a few words to her, and wanted her. Wanted her like he has never wanted anything or anyone ever in his life. She isn’t his though, she belongs to another, not to mention she is the sister to one of his mens women. He has to let her go. Even if it kills him.

Ava is in a bad spot. A husband who controls her, who hurts her, who has taken over every single bit of her life. She thought she was getting her happily ever after, turns out, she couldn’t have been more wrong. When her shady husband finally takes the final step with Ava, she makes the choice to run. Turning to her sister and her new found family of the War Brothers MC, she seeks safety.

When Reaper and Ava meet again, their connection is still just as fiery and intense as it was at first meet. Ava takes shelter in Reaper and his brothers, first with protection and then with more with Reaper. The Brothers hide Ava for as long as possible before the cat is finally let out of the bag. Now Ava must make the choice to fight back against the abuse of her husband and take hold of the new future she has with Reaper.

Oh what a great way to get back into MC series’. Reaper and Ava are toe-curling, jaw clenching, drama to read. Not to mention their sexy bits are passionate and hot. The more you read about these two, the more you want from them. Ava, while she is emotionally wounded, has an inner strength that sparks to life under the care of Reaper. And Reaper, he is everything you want for Ava, strong, protective, alpha, then as he shares more about himself, you realize how much they truly need one another. They fill that gap in each other that makes the best books even better. Fantastic Read!
