DELICATE ANGEL is a story of betrayal and lies, power and control, family and friendships. The fast paced premise is intriguing and detailed but several scenarios/ plot points are improbable-the believability is questionable on many levels; the characters are charismatic and captivating; the romance is passionate and enthusiastic.

And by vacation they are supposed to be locked away at Abbie’s summer home. But they decide to sneak out and go to a local night club.

St. Monarchs is a neutral space where all types of underground sorts come and train together. No killing is allowed at St. Monarchs and
Aurora and Abbie think they are going to have an easy time of their stay there since they are after all Princesses.

But they soon find out things couldn’t be farther from the truth. Aurora sees Misha on the grounds of St. Monarchs, and while she is overwhelmed with emotions seeing the man that has occupied her every thought for the last two years. Misha doesn’t seem to feel quite the same.
When they first encounter each other – Misha makes it very clear that he is sad to see she survived the bombing. And will not make the same mistake of letting her live again if given the opportunity. Aurora finally learns his name – Misha Petrov and he is bratva – her families sworn enemies.

Life at St. Monarchs just took an interesting turn. Aurora feels whiplash from the mixed signals she is getting from Misha.
One moment he has the look of death in his eyes when he looks at her and the next he is watching her longingly.
They both know that in their worlds, they can never be together,
But the attraction and connection they feel for one another is something neither of them bargained for.

In a wild ride of attraction and seduction this book takes you exactly where you are forbidden to go.
And I am there for it every step of the way.
The characters are young and fresh and bring a new perspective to Michelle Heards Mafia romance.
I love how the characters intersect with previous book characters and how the world just continues to build around me.
There is a darker depth to the bratva characters that make you want to get to know each of them more – and while you should hate them – you just can’t. And I can’t wait to see where this book world takes them.
There are quite a few trigger warnings on this book, and I recommend definitely not overlooking them before you start.
With that being said I have a feeling this new series will be as amazingly written and wonderful as all the past ones.
I never imagined I would find myself in love with Mafia romance books – just not my genre or in my wheel house. But I am here for it and I love every page of it.
Highly recommend.

Once again, I do not like the use of a certain four letter word-used 60 times throughout the story-although I accept the word in my MC and Mafia romances, I found the overuse distracting, excessive and disruptive (again) including 25 instances of the word sl*t.

The secondary and supporting characters include cartel members Manuel Rodriguez, and Richie Angelo: Aleksander’s right hand man David; FBI Agents Presley and John. We are re-introduced to Aleksander Levin’s brothers Maxim, Damien, Nikita, and Milos and Celia, as well as their mother; Tony, Luca and Dominic Sabatini. The requisite evil has many faces.

BEAUTIFUL BROKEN VENGEANCE is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, murder and abuse, acceptance and love. The premise is dark and dramatic; the romance is Daddy-kink dynamic focused; the characters are broken yet determined.

Due to commitment issues I have lived in many different cities and my favorite is Chicago but I have managed to settle into Austin and perhaps my commitment issues are behind me.

I have enjoyed reading from a very young age and it wasn’t long before the children books bored me and I read the books my mother enjoyed Stephen King and Dean Koontz and I didn’t sleep without the light on until I was about ten.

I came across my first Harlequin by accident and it was love at first read, no one died and happy endings? It was a whole new world and I loved it.

I wrote my first story at eight and everyone died, of course. Since then I would like to think I’ve gotten better and now I’m writing the happily ever afters I first fell in love with, with some hot sex thrown in along the way.

As a plus size woman myself, I have started writing the stories I always wanted to see myself in but never did. And now I’m ecstatic to give BBWs the happily ever afters with hot Alphas I want to read.

Aleksei Kutsenko is the second in command of the Ivankov Brotherhood, and the Bratva is at war with both the Mafia and Cartel. REVIEW: I know what I’m adding to my Christmas this year. Three over the top Bratva alpha’s. Mika Lane’s latest release is most definitely an early Christmas present for her readers. My Bratva Christmas is a reverse harem romance filled with spicy scenes, funny comments and all the hot alpha’s you possibly need to keep warm at night.

When Lily’s simple job at an art gallery lands her in the arms of three of the hottest men she has ever seen, she isn’t sure if her luck has changed or if it’s run out. What do they want from her? They say they want to protect her, but the look in their eyes is anything but protection, it’s more carnal. More primal. REVIEW: CRUEL CAPTOR is the third instalment in Kristen Luciani’s contemporary, adult VENGEFUL VILLAINS dark, erotic, Bratva romance series. This is twenty-five year old, Bratva princess/ romance writer Viktorya ‘Tori’ Malikov, and disgraced Bratva enforcer/heir Konstantin Romanov aka Mikhail Federov’s story line. CRUEL CAPTOR can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but I recommend reading the series in order for back story and cohesion as there is an ongoing story line throughout.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Tori and Konstantin/Mikhail CRUEL CAPTOR follows in the aftermath of the collapse of the Federov Bratva empire. Mikhail Federov demands revenge, retribution and reprisal in the wake of betrayal by, and the murder of his abusive father, a murder that set into motion the downfall of the Federov empire. Seeking vengeance Mikhail, now known as Konstantin Romanov kidnaps Viktorya Malikov, with the intention of claiming our heroine as his wife but all does not go according to plan when a feisty and well-trained Tori continues to battle the man with whom she will fall in love. There are more than two families warring for control of the once powerful Federvo Bratva, pitting the Malikov crime family against everyone involved. The relationship between Tori and Konstantin is an enemies to lovers; a forced proximity relationship in which Tori is quick to find herself falling for her sexy captor.
