Told from dual first person perspectives(Raptor and Mallory) covering approximately two years, RAPTOR focuses on the events after Raptor and Mallory’s weekend together. Approximately eighteen months earlier, Raptor met Mallory while the Irish woman was on vacation with her friend Chloe in the USA. A weekend spend together ended when Mallory had to return home but in the ensuing time, Raptor heard little to no communication from the woman he could not forget. When the MC decided to open up a chapter in Dublin, Ireland, Raptor was one for the first to volunteer in the hopes of locating the woman who stole his heart but months will pass, without any communication, until the day Mallory arrived at the clubhouse beaten and bruised, a woman with a secret she had yet to reveal.What ensues is the rebuilding relationship between Raptor and Mallory, as the MC circles the wagons to protect the woman with whom Raptor had fallen in love.

The world building follows several paths as it crosses over with several of the previous story lines. Mallory’s mother goes missing; a close friend finds herself on the receiving end of ongoing abuse, and Raptor and the MC go on the hunt for the person who attacked the woman he loved.

The relationship between Mallory and Raptor begins approximately eighteen months earlier, a weekend together, ending with little to no further communication. As Mallory’s life begins to change and spiral out of control, Raptor cannot stop thinking about the woman that had stolen his heart. The $ex scenes are passionate and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of family and colorful secondary and supporting characters from the original Fury Vipers MC, and the author’s MADE series.

RAPTOR is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, power and control, family and friendships, brotherhood and love. This is fifty-five year old, Mafia kingpin turned businessman Joe Raineri, and twenty-three year old, PA Hazel’s story line. HIS DARK DESIRE fills in some of the missing background and history regarding our story line couple. Joe Ranieri is Gabriella Sanchez’ father (OBSESSIVE UNION Made 9).

Told from dual first person perspectives (Joe and Hazel) covering several years HIS DARK DESIRE reveals some of the background information about Gabriella’s father: his Mafia connections; his estranged marriage to his first wife; the conception of his daughter; and the woman with whom he will fall in love. Joe Raineri is a Mafia kingpin but wants to go legitimate in the wake of his personal life spiralling out of control. Meeting and hiring PA Hazel stirred something deep within our story line hero but Joe’s personal life refuses to go quietly, and in this Hazel finds herself on the outside looking in. The secondary and supporting characters include Joe’s soon to be ex Christina: his daughter Gabriella, as well as Hazel’s best friend Briar.

HIS DARK DESIRE is a fast paced, quick read: a novella length story of secrets and lies, power and control, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is dramatic and edgy but felt a little bit rushed; the characters are stubborn and determined ; the age-gap romance is seductive but too many timeline skips results in missing details but such is the nature of the novella.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Preacher and Ailbhe) using present day and memories from the past, PREACHER follows in the wake of devastating news for our story line hero. Leaving everyone and everything behind in America, Preacher escaped to the Dublin Chapter of the Fury Vipers MC where he struggled to make sense of everything he lost. Meeting Ailbhe Manghan did nothing for Preacher but an unexpected pregnancy pushed Ailbhe out of his life. Knowing he screwed up, yet again, Preacher went back to America, only to realize the person he left behind is the woman he loves. What ensues is the building but tempestuous relationship between Ailbhe and Preacher, and the potential fall-out when our heroine is targeted for payment of a debt.

The world building focuses on Preacher’s past-the abuse and neglect, and the ultimate betrayal of a mother and father. We are up close and personal with the nightmare that has become Ailbhe’s life, and in this, our heroine finds a source of income ‘dancing’ for the Fury Vipers MC Dublin when she is forced to pay someone else’s debt.

The relationship between Preacher and Ailbhe is contemptuous at best. Preacher wants nothing to do with a permanent relationship, preferring to find his solace at the bottom of a bottle. Ailbhe quickly discovers that falling for Preacher means going it alone, especially as the father of her child prefers to run, and push away the people he loves the most. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative.

The secondary and supporting characters are interesting yet questionable on many levels including several of the original Fury Vipers MC in New York, as well as the introduction of the Fury Vipers MC: Dublin. We are introduced to Ailbhe’s siblings: Mikey, Fiona, Hanna, Evie and Raurie who play a large role in Ailbhe’s life. The requisite evil has many faces.

PREACHER is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, heart break and loss, acceptance and love. The premise is dark, gritty, dramatic and intense; the romance struggles in the face of Preacher’s inability to let go; the characters are broken, desperate but struggling to survive.

This is MC members/mechanic Grayson ‘Reaper’ Duggan, and primary school teacher Esme Greene’s story line. REAPER can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion I recommend reading the series in orders as there is an ongoing premise throughout that will culminate in this instalment.

Fast forward approximately four years, Reaper and Esme’s own lives imploded, and both wanted a new start but not necessarily with one another. Esme was now friends/close with the Fury Vipers MC, and Reaper was hoping for something more but he did not recognize our story line heroine, and in this, her cold attitude struck him hard but once again, their lives were about to implode, and Reaper would become guardian and protector of the woman with whom he would fall in love. Esme’s past refuses to let go, and Reaper is about to say good bye to a brother he considers more than a friend, a brother who is continuing to struggle with the demons from the past. What ensues is the building relationship between Esme and Reaper, and the potential fall-out as Esme’s past refuses to walk away, taking aim at our story line heroine.

The world building continues to focus on the betrayal by a couple of former club wh*%es, a betrayal that will directly affect Reaper, and his best friend Preacher. Preacher’s life continues to spiral such that he is no longer the man Reaper once knew. When Esme’s past demands her return, the Fury Vipers MC get help from the Italian Mafia and the Irish mob but more specifically, the woman in charge, Makenna Gallagher-Bianchi.

The relationship between Reaper and Esme begins acrimoniously approximately four years earlier. Reaper does not remember our story line heroine, and Esme wants nothing to do with the man who pushed her aside but when Reaper discovers the who, how and why, he wants to claim Esme as his own but his own life is about to change, and he will take Esme along for the ride. The $ex scenes are erotic and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, familiar and charismatic secondary and supporting characters from the Fury Vipers MC and the Made Series who will play a significant role in the lives of our story line couple. The requisite evil has many faces.

REAPER is a story of betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, power and control, obsession and madness, family, friendships, relationships and love. The fast paced premise is gritty, dark and dramatic; the romance is seductive and provocative; the characters are desperate, determined, and dynamic. RUTHLESS PASSION can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading book one RUTHLESS ARRANGEMENT for back story and cohesion. Some of the events of Ruthless Passion run parallel to, and cross over with some of the event of book one Ruthless Arrangement.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Dario and Portia), covering several years RUTHLESS PASSION follows in the wake of the murder of Portia’s father Davide Leone. At sixteen years old, Portia hears the killing of her father, and within minutes her mother and herself become the prisoner of a man who traffics women and children. After a successful escape, Portia lives on the streets for close to four years where she will meet people who will become her lifelong friends. All is not well when the traffickers beginstargeting the people she knows but a familiar face will claim Portia as his own, and in doing so, set into motion months of heart break and pain for our story line couple. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Portia and Dario, and the potential fall-out as the past refuses to let go, taking aim at our story line heroine.

The world building follows several intersecting paths focusing on the take down of a sexual trafficking ring. Young women and girls go missing, and our heroine finds herself working for the people willing to do everything it takes to rescue those most vulnerable but as Portia struggles to locate and find, Dario battles between head and heart knowing he pushed Portia out of his life. A good portion of the story line our couple are separated, living separate lives without the other, therefore, there is a definite lack of cohesion in the struggling relationship.

The relationship between Dario and Portia is one of immediate attraction for our story line hero. Dario knows immediately the identity of the woman with whom he will fall in love but Portia struggles to trust or accept that everyone does not have an ulterior motive. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and powerful secondary and supporting characters from both the Gallo Famiglia and MADE series including Dario’s brothers Rocco and Elio, and Portia’s best friends Teagan (Elio) and Nell. The requisite evil has many faces.

REVIEW: WRATH is the seventh instalment in Brooke Summers’ contemporary, adult FURY VIPERS MC dark, erotic, MC romance series. This is Judd ‘Wrath’ Langan, and Hayley’s story line. WRATH can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion I recommend reading the series in order, or at the very least book five PYRO-Pyro aka James is Hayley’s brother. The events of WRATH cross over with, and run parallel to books five and six PYRO and SHADOW

Told from dual first person perspectives (Wrath and Hayley) WRATH covers approximately five and half years in the life of our story line couple. At sixteen years old Hayley gave birth to her daughter Eva. Two years later, Hayley’s brother Pyro would take our heroine under his wing, where she would meet and fall in love with Fury Vipers MC member Judd ‘Wrath’ Langan but Pyro made it clear his sister was off limits so Pyro and Hayley kept their affair secret for close to five years. As Wrath and Hayley settled into a form of domesticated life, the past would return, demanding everything and more. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Wrath and Hayley, and the potential fall out as Wrath and Hayley’s time in America comes to a close.

The world building covers five and half years where we will discover the abuse and assaults against our story line heroine. Pyro and Hayley grew up in the foster care system, a system that failed the grieving brother and sister. As Pyro begins his life anew in Ireland, Hayley must deal with the fall-out of the past she never forgot.

The relationship between Hayley and Wrath is one of immediate attraction but Pyro has declared his sister-hands off. Wrath has kept our heroine close, falling for the woman who has stolen his heart but misunderstanding threatens their future going forward. When the past returns, Wrath must take steps to ensure his small family is safe but in doing so, our couple and Eva must leave their family behind. The $ex scenes are erotic and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, dynamic and familiar secondary and supporting characters including many of the previous story line couples. We are reintroduced to Hayley’s brother Pyro aka James, as well as Shadow, Raptor, Preacher, Ace and Eda, and Hayley’s daughter Eva. Here’s hoping the author has plans for Ireland’s Devil’s Falcons MC.

WRATH is a story of betrayal and vengeance, family and exploitation, power and control, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is dark, gritty, and emotional; the romance is provocative and edgy; the characters are desperate, resolute and strong.

This is Niccolo Caruso, and Inessa Koskava’s story line. RUTHLESS BETRAYAL can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Told from dual first person perspectives (Niccolo and Inessa) RUTHLESS BETRAYAL spans several years focusing on the abuse and betrayal of our story line heroine. At three days old, Inessa Koskava was handed over to the Russian Bratva for protection payment but at four years of age, her life would change with the blink of an eye. Years of abuse at the hands of Bratva Pakhan Aleksei Belyaev, and his second in command Sergei Turgenev left Inessa a shell; a broken child who would be left alone by someone she trusted, left alone to die. Her would-be rescuer’s emotional abuse of a then eighteen year old Inessa would continue for months, abuse meant to punish for sins of the past. Enter Niccolo Caruso, underboss of the Italian Mafia, and the man who would perpetuate the ongoing abuse of our story line heroine. What ensues is the building but acrimonious and questionable relationship between Niccolo and Inessa, and the potential fall-out as Inessa struggles to move on from the past with issues of trust that grow deeper with every betrayal.

The world building focuses on the abuse perpetrated against our story line heroine; her rescue and recovery only to be emotionally abused at every turn; from the proverbial frying pan into the fryer, Inessa’s inability to trust in the face of ongoing emotional abuse and betrayal is heart breaking and painful. The one light in her life is the only reason she is willing to carry on.

The relationship between Inessa and Niccolo is questionable: emotionally abusive, threateningly traumatic directed at a young woman who has suffered at the hands of Bratva since the age of four. Used and abused, Inessa is unable to escape fearing for the life of someone she loves, and in doing so, is blamed for the perpetuation of the inflicted atrocities . Niccolo Caruso’s ‘rescue’ is not out of sympathy or love, but a need for revenge in the face of perceived betrayal against someone he loved. As the story line progresses, the reality of what happened barely registers with our dark story line hero but the true meaning of fear comes with the realization of Inessa’s continued pain. The $ex scenes between Niccolo and Inessa are passionate but intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters many of whom are controversial and problematic. We are reintroduced to Elio and Teagan (Ruthless Arrangement 1)-Teagan is empathetic having suffered a similar fate as our story line heroine: Teagan’s friend Portia; Jade and Rocco (Explosive Union/Made Series 7), Rocco’s brother Dario The requisite evil has many faces. Portia and Dario’s story is next.

RUTHLESS BETRAYAL is a dark story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, abuse and heart break, forgiveness and recovery. The premise is gritty, emotional, haunting and raw; the characters are broken, struggling yet powerful and strong; the romance struggles in the face of ongoing issues of trust, betrayal and pain.

Again, you have been warned about the triggers-they are numerous and graphic.
