ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date July 21, 2024

Enemies to Lovers meets Beauty and The Beast with a redemption arc and a Victorian ghost for some spice.

Beauty:

The night I accidentally attacked his truck in a case of mistaken identity started us off on a very wrong foot. Or maybe not, because for me and my Beast, fighting is foreplay.

The gothic Victorian house on the lake was made for me. From the turrets to the intricate gingham details, it’s an interior designer’s wet dream. I’d spend my lunch break coming up with wild ideas on what to do with it when I could afford it one day.

Then a sold sign appeared.

Some beastly artist named Nolan Devereaux bought it—and hired my firm, Designing Women, to help decorate it. He’s an infuriating know-it-all with his grumpy nature and complete lack of understanding of the perfection of what he has.

Now we’re fighting—and making up in very non-professional ways—over renovating his house. Though he’s footing the bill, his ideas go against the usual rules for homes of significance. And the standards of the matchmaking ghost determined to keep us together.

Beast:

When my sister, Macy, moved to small town Crescent Cove, I thought she’d lost her mind. Then she started building a life—one that didn’t include me. It didn’t bother me at first.

Until the accident.

Until the scars on the inside now were on the outside for all to see.

The minute I saw that Victorian house on the lake, I knew it was where I belonged.

But this loud and opinionated designer keeps trying to dictate my renovations. Except the more she pushes her way into my life, the more I wonder if she’s been the missing piece all along.

And so is the baby she’s carrying…

REVIEW:DADDY BY DESIGN is the sixteenth instalment in Taryn Quinn’s contemporary, adult CRESCENT COVE erotic, romance series. This is thirty-five year old, artist/business owner Nolan Devereaux, and designer Dahlia McKenna’s story line. DADDY BY DESIGN can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Nolan is Macy Devereaux’s estranged brother (Daddy in Disguise 7)

NOTE: DADDY BY DESIGN is a slightly paranormal romance with a haunted house and a heart broken ghost.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Nolan and Dahlia) DADDY BY DESIGN follows the building but contemptuous relationship between our story line couple. Nolan Devereaux is a cantankerous, thirty-five year old artist, who has moved to Crescent Cove to be closer to the sister he left years before. An accident left Nolan deeply scarred, and in this, Nolan keeps to himself, never letting the world see what happened or why. An ‘accidental’ meeting with Dahlia McKenna brought Nolan up close and personal with the woman with whom he would fall in love but not before Dahlia discover Nolan but the old haunted mansion Dahlia has so wanted to own. What ensues is the building but tempestuous relationship between Dahlia and Nolan, and the potential fall-out as Nolan continues to push away the woman with whom he is falling in love.

The world building focuses on the remodel of a haunted house, and the ghost who struggles to move on from the past. Dahlia is a woman on a mission to uncover the truth, a truth that is heart breaking for our heroine, and the former owner of Nolan’s new house.

The relationship between Nolan and Dahlia is an enemies to frenemies to lovers. Nolan’s first impression of Dahlia was dark and damaging, and Dahlia struggled with someone else owning the house she had always wanted. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative.

We are introduced to Nolan’s friends Archer Baldwin, as well as the return of Lyric Bledsoe, Macy and Gideon.

DADDY BY DESIGN is a story of family and friendships, acceptance and love. The slightly paranormal premise is emotional and engaging; the romance is seductive; the characters are stubborn and sassy.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been with a woman.

By choice. Even as my brother and my fellow cops have paired off and started families, I’ve focused on policing Crescent Cove.

It’s a good small town filled with great businesses, wonderful families, and babies. Many, many babies.

But I’m not about that life.

Until we hire a new dispatcher after Bonnie retires.

She’s younger than I am. Beautiful. The sunshine to the worst of my grumpiness.

Hooking up with her is off-limits. I shouldn’t do it. And yet how am I supposed to resist the first woman who’s made me want to…well…not be so much of a d!ck?

She doesn’t know about my past. But now she and the baby she’s carrying are my future…

I’ll do anything for the cookie…

I’m used to playing the field. But specialty baker Tabitha caught my attention the first time I tasted her…frosting.

Suddenly I’m offering my services in any way I can.

Need some furniture moved? Check.
Followed by rogue ducks? Check.
Weird noises late at night? Check.

Except that late night when I’m on patrol and she calls for assistance, we fall into bed.

And onto the kitchen counter.

And into the shower.

Spoiler: I didn’t need help finding the soap.

Turns out that whole protect-and-serve thing apparently doesn’t extend to birth control. Oops.

But if I can convince her I’m ready to be a one-woman man, our spontaneous hookup might just lead to forever.

REVIEW:DADDY ON DUTY is the twelfth instalment in Taryn Quinn’s contemporary, adult CRESCENT COVE erotic, romance series focusing on the ‘baby explosion’ in the small town of Crescent Cove. This is former FBI agent turned police officer Deputy Brady McNeill , and baker owner Tabitha Monaghan’s story line. DADDY ON DUTY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Tabitha and Brady) DADDY ON DUTY follows the building romance and relationship between former FBI agent turned police officer Deputy Brady McNeill , and baker owner Tabitha Monaghan. Tabitha Monaghan didn’t know what to do when she found an abandoned puppy behind her shop but when her neighbor Deputy Brady McNeill offered his services, our couple opted to co-parent the puppy Tabitha named Pancake, a co-parenting that would lead to something more. When their time spent together became fodder for the gossips of Crescent Cove, Tabitha would become the target of a jealous ex but not before discovering the truth about Crescent Cove’s baby explosion. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Tabitha and Brady, and the potential fall-out as neither had plans for anything permanent, plans that now include so much more.

Brady McNeill moved back to Crescent Cove never expecting to settle down with anyone special but meeting his neighbor, and sharing responsibilities for a lost puppy, Brady offered up a ‘friends with benefits’ arrangement that quickly took on a life of its’ own. Tabitha Monaghan never thought she would have time for a social life having worked non-stop to keep her bakery afloat for the past two years. As her business gained momentum, Tabitha found herself the target of gossip when the rumors began to spread about her and the local ‘hot cop’.

The relationship between Tabitha and Brady begins as a friends with benefits as they share ‘custody’ of an abandoned pup. Brady has no plans to settle down, and his reputation in Crescent Cove does nothing to alleviate Tabitha’s concerns when she discovers that their friendship has quickly turned into something more.Tabitha struggled in the wake of her positive pregnancy news, news she hoped Brady would accept in the face of everything else. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and intense, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to Tabitha’s twin sister Vanessa Monaghan, as well as Brady’s siblings Honey McNeill, Deputy Maverick ‘Mav’ McNeill; officer Christian Masterson. Maverick and Vanessa’s story is next in COPY DADDY NEXT DOOR.

DADDY ON DUTY is a story of family and friendships, relationships, babies and love. The fast paced premise is captivating; the romance is flirty and fun; the characters are charismatic but the ex-girlfriend was more of a red herring than anything else. There was no reason for her appearance or actions, and it did nothing to impart any major conflict or suspense- she magically disappeared without a trace.

Now I’m determined to show Tish I’m the man—and daddy-to-be—of her dreams, no matter what roadblocks are in my way. And I’ll use every one of my Lucky-style wiles to prove it to her…

•••••••••

REVIEW: LUCKY BABY is the eleventh instalment in Taryn Quinn’s contemporary, adult CRESCENT COVE erotic, romance series focusing on the small town of Crescent Cove, and the ongoing baby boom. This is twenty-six year old, auto mechanic Tish Burns, and thirty year old, builder/handyman/carpenter Lucky Roberts’ story line. LUCKY BABY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary. Lucky and Tish’s story line begins in Wrong Bed Baby. There is a slight cross over with the mention some of the characters from the author’s FOUND IN OBLIVION series.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Tish and Lucky) LUCKY BABY follows the building romance and relationship between auto mechanic Tish Burns, and builder/handyman/carpenter Lucky Roberts. Several months earlier Lucky Roberts needed Tish Burns help to ‘push’ together his best friend Caleb Beck with self proclaimed witch Luna Hastings. Fast forward to present day wherein Tish’s family is coming to Crescent Cove for the holidays, including her brother Cohen, an injured smoke-jumper who will be staying for an extended period of time. Tish is about to call in a favor, a favor promised from our story line hero.. Desperate to renovate for her family’s visit, Tish asks Lucky to remodel her barn into a large living space, space big enough to keep her brothers entertained. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Lucky and Tish, and the potential fall-out as Tish’s relationship with Cohen comes to a head with secrets from the past.

Tish Burns is a bit of an independent loner; a brusque, unsociable woman who prefers doing things her own way but our heroine isn’t equipped to renovate an entire barn, and calls in a favor from Lucky Roberts. Lucky knows that one day Tish will be his happily ever after and convincing the reclusive Tish will be a job in itself but a trip to visit Tish’s family back home reveals a fractured family, one that Tish’s brother Cohen is hoping to right.

The relationship between Tish and Lucky is one of immediate attraction but Tish tends to keep to herself, preferring her work, and staying alone. With Lucky renovating her barn, Tish finds herself pulled into the aura that is Lucky Roberts, an aura that will see our couple on the road to happily ever after. The $ex scenes are intimate and seductive without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters as the town of Crescent Cove prepares for Luna and Caleb’s wedding. We are introduced to Tish’s brothers: Cohen, Ezra and Rhett, as well as their father Jeff Burns. Here’s hoping the authors have plans for the Burns brothers.

LUCKY BABY is a story family and relationships, acceptance and love. The premise is inviting and spicy; the characters are flirty and spirited; the romance is provocative and fun.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date May 29, 2020

Okay, so he wasn’t actually my ex.

August is my best friend’s older brother, and he just went with me to Macy and Gideon’s wedding. You know, friends with no benefits.

Then we ended up having sex at said wedding.

At the reception, not during the actual ceremony. Hello, I have some manners.

We agreed to not do it again. Until I thought I was pregnant. And instead of being upset, I was happy.

Except I wasn’t. Pregnant, that is.

Then I drunk dialed August and asked him to make a baby with me.

On purpose.

I wanted to take it back. To die of shame.

But the next thing I knew, he was at my door…

Author’s note: The hero doesn’t start out as a single father, but practice makes perfect. My Ex’s Baby is a standalone romantic comedy with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.

REVIEW: MY EX’S BABY is the eighth instalment in Taryn Quinn’s (Cari Quinn / Taryn Elliot) contemporary, adult CRESCENT COVE erotic, romance series focusing on the small town of Crescent Cove. This is furniture maker August Beck , and shop owner Kinleigh Scott’s story line. MY EX’S BABY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous instalments is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Kinleigh and August) MY EX’S BABY follows the friends to lovers relationship between furniture maker August Beck , and shop owner Kinleigh Scott. August Beck has been in love with his sister’s best friend for as long as he can remember and sharing retail space finds Kinleigh always on his radar and on his mind. A one-night stand following Macy and Gideon’s wedding (Daddy in Disguise #7) meant getting up close and personal with the woman he loved but August never expected Kinleigh to push away any thoughts of a future until our heroine suggest a baby, together. What ensues is the building relationship between Kinleigh and August, and the potential fall-out as Kinleigh struggles with demons from the past, and the fear of losing her best friends in the process.

The relationship between Kinleigh and August is a friends to lover…there is NO ex’s baby so the title is a bit of a distraction. August is desperate for a relationship with our story line heroine but Kinleigh continues to be oblivious, pushing August away, yet pulling him in as she battles between head and heart. The back and forth is disconcerting to our story line hero-Kinleigh’s mixed messages begin to threaten her friendship with August as August begins to rethink their time together but Kinleigh has kept her past a secret, a past that continues to control her life. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and flirty secondary and supporting characters including several couples from the previous story lines: Gideon and Macy, Murphy ‘Moose’ Masterson (Baby Daddy Wanted #5), Ivy and Rory (Rockstar Baby #6) . We are reintroduced to Sheriff Jared Brooks, and August and Ivy’s brother Caleb.

MY EX’S BABY is a story of family, friendships, heart break and love. The premise is emotional and inviting; the romance is spicy and sensitive; the characters are spirited and inspiring.

REVIEW: CEO DADDY is a stand alone, contemporary, adult, erotic, romance series co-authored by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott aka Taryn Quinn. This is billionaire publisher and CEO Asher Wainwright, and nanny/independent business woman Hannah Jacobs’ story line. CEO DADDY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Hannah and Asher) CEO DADDY follows in the aftermath of a one-night stand between billionaire publisher and CEO Asher Wainwright, and nanny/independent business woman Hannah Jacobs. Hannah Jacobs was a virgin, and with no thoughts about anything more than New Year’s Eve spent with a stranger, Hannah walked away without looking back. Two months would pass wherein Hannah would meet Grandma Bess, and in the ensuing melee find herself interviewing as a nanny for Bess’ great granddaughter Lily. Enter Asher Wainwright, Bess’ grandson, Lily’s father, and the man with whom Hannah had spent her glorious New Year’s Eve. What ensues is Hannah’s discovery that she is pregnant with Asher’s child; the building relationship and romance between Hannah and Asher; and the potential fall-out as Asher struggles between head and heart as it pertains to the woman who is now responsible for both of his children.

Hannah Jacobs is an independent business woman who has raised her twin sisters since the death of their parents. Never expecting to raise a family of her own, Hannah finds herself pregnant, facing a future, that may or may not include the man with whom she will fall in love. Asher Wainwright is battling to keep Wainwright Publishing in the black, having inherited the struggling business upon the death of his grandfather but a business that is close to Asher’s heart. Needing a full-time nanny for his daughter Lily, Asher finds himself face to face with a woman who continues to haunt his days and nights, a woman he never thought he would see again.

The relationship between Hannah and Asher is a surprise baby/employee-employer romance between two people who only wanted company on New Year’s Eve. A snow storm would force our couple together but a lack of commitment would force our couple apart. The $ex scenes are intimate, seductive and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

We are introduced to Asher’s future business partner Vincent; his grandmother Bess; fire fighter and single father Austin Lancaster; as well as Hannah’s best friend Gabriela Ramos. Here’s hoping the authors have plans for Austin and Gabriela.

CEO DADDY is a fast paced, spicy and emotional story line; an engaging and realistic romance between two people looking for something more than a one-night stand. The character driven premise is imaginative; the romance is captivating; the characters are sassy, edgy and energetic. CEO DADDY is a heartwarming and encouraging story.
