REVIEW: CRUEL LEGACY is the third and final instalment in K. A. Linde’s contemporary, adult CRUEL erotic, romance series focusing on thirty year old, philosophy professor Penn Kensington, and twenty-five year old writer Natalie Bishop. CRUEL LEGACY should not be read as a stand alone as is picks up immediately after the events of book two CRUEL FORTUNE.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Penn and Natalie) and one chapter by Katherine CRUEL LEGACY is the culmination of 8 years of secrets, lies, and deception; and a game where revenge is ugly, and the fall-out even more so. Eight years earlier Natalie Bishop was a pawn in a game between the spoiled, uber rich kids of the Upper East Side. Fast forward seven years wherein Natalie would come face to face with the people that destroyed her life, intent on destroying their lives in return.
