Her mother’s emotional and psychological disorders forced Samantha into the role of mother to her younger sister and has shaped her personality and focus on all things personal and business. The glass ceiling and work place double standard are an eye opening slap in the face, when Samantha learns that the promotion she was hoping for will be given to someone who can ‘party with the big boys’,
