ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date January 10, 2025

Chase Lovett.
Star of my (unrequited) fantasies.
Hottest guy on campus.
Hockey god.

Too bad he has no idea who I am. Literally, I’m so invisible to him that he once sat on me in class.

No thanks to a fire in the dorms, he just became my accidental roommate.
Did I mention the hotel room our university moved us to has only one bed?
Not ideal.

Worse, I accidentally left “My Precious” fantasy fandomunderwear hanging to dry in our shower.
My actual nightmare.

My name is Cammie Lovelock and this might just be the worst, best thing that’s ever happened to me.

•••••

REVIEW: CHASE LOVETT WANTS ME by Helena Hunting is a contemporary, new adult, stand alone, erotic, romance story line interconnected with/ set in the author’s TORONTO TERROR world. This is Tilton University freshman, left wing hockey player Chase Lovett, and freshman Cameron ‘Cammie’ Lovelock’s story line. You do not have to have read the Toronto Terror series to follow the current timeline.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Chase and Cammie) CHASE LOVETT WANTS ME follows in the aftermath of a fire alarm, flood and autumn storm that forces freshmen students to share their dorm rooms but an error in judgement and mistaken identity pairs hockey star Chase Lovett, with Cameron ‘Cammie’ Lovelock for one night together that reveals the possibility of something more. Cammie Lovelock is a bit of a book nerd; loves LOTR, and writes fanfic on the side. Chase Lovett is a hockey god, popular with both the men and the ladies, but is hoping for something more permanent with our story line heroine. Believing she is unworthy of Chase’s attention, Cammie begins to have doubts when the mean girls set their sights on our story line heroine.

The world building focuses on the building romance and relationship; Chase’s life as a hockey star; and the friends and family that look out for one another. As per the usual NA story lines, the requisite mean girls aka puck bunnies are nasty and vitriolic but in the end Cammie is able to hold her own against the incoming storm.

The relationship between Cammie and Chase begins as a case of mistaken identity when our couple are paired together in the face of a dorm flood. Small in stature but mighty in brawn, Cammie is more than capable of taking on the naysayers but sometimes the heart get hurt no matter what. Chase never thought he would find the one in freshman year but our hero is determined to claim Cammie for everyone to see. The $ex scenes are intimate and seductive without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and familiar secondary and supporting characters, many of whom are found in the author’s Toronto Terror series including Tristan and Trix (If You Hate Me 1), and Cammie’s sister Essie, who is best friends with Trix. We are introduced to Chase’s friend and fellow hockey players Gage, and Tristan’s brother Brody; mean girls Annabelle and Barbie.

CHASE LOVETT WANTS ME is a story of secrets and betrayal, family and relationships, friendships and love. The fast paced premise is thought provoking and edgy ; the characters are animated and real; the romance is provocative, tender and spicy.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date November 14, 2024

I’ve been secretly in love with Wilhelmina Reddi-Grinst since the third grade.

I should be the one taking her to our small-town high school reunion. The prom king finally gets his chance with the valedictorian.
Except she hates me.

To the world, I’m a pro hockey player with a million dollar smile.
To Hemi, I’m the menace who (accidentally) sank her bike to the bottom of the lake.

I never thought I’d be able to right my wrongs until she took the team’s PR job.
I’d hoped I was making progress, winning her over—one geriatric polka party at a time.

Until I got drunk one night and made a mistake. A very big mistake.
Now the world thinks we’re both very much in love—except Hemi is absolutely in loathe.

To save our jobs and reputations, we have to convince all our friends, family, and bosses that our fake relationship is the real deal.

I’ll do anything to protect her, especially if it means I get to be the best boyfriend Hemi never expected.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date July 11, 2024

A standalone age-gap, dad’s best friend’s hockey romance.
There’s no one more off limits than my best friend’s daughter.

Peggy Aurora Hammerstein. The Toronto Terror’s unofficial team princess. I would never do anything to mess with our team dynamics this late into the hockey season, but seeing her work in the front office changed something for me.

I see her as she is now: a powerful woman with ambition for miles.
When I hold her against me, she fits perfectly.

Her little flirts and taunts push my buttons, if she doesn’t stop–my control just might break.
But I can never cross that line. I can never know what it could be to call her mine.

I’ve never wanted anyone more than Aurora and no one can ever know.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date December 5, 2023

The untold story of Skye and Sidney, and the origin story where Vi and Miller are teens when their parents start dating and fall in love…

I accidentally grabbed the wrong drink at the coffee shop. On the upside, the hot guy it belonged to chased me down to kindly swap with me. On the down side, the reason I grabbed the wrong drink in the first place is because the hot guy had just caught me checking out his ass…sets.

In my defense, his rear view is rather magnificent.

In true, humiliating form, I word-vomited a bunch of horrible nonsense. Including an unnecessary explanation of the trauma I’d evaded thanks to his chasing me down. Nothing could ruin my lactose-intolerant day faster than my one true dairy.

I did not expect him to ask me out on a date after that.

I also didn’t expect the date to go well since my tendency to truth-vomit is high, and not everyone finds that quality endearing.

But apparently he does. Because he asks me out again.
And again.

Sidney Butterson (yes, it’s a weird last name) ticks all my boxes.
He’s smart, he’s funny, he’s employed and he’s ridiculously hot.
There’s one catch.

We’re both single parents. With teens.

And if our kids don’t like each other?
Well, we’re doomed.

REVIEW: STARRY-EYED LOVE is the second instalment in Helena Hunting’s contemporary, adult SPARK HOUSE romance series focusing on the Spark sisters: Avery, London and Harley. This is business and financial administrator, co-owner for the Spark House /Event hotel London Spark, and thirty-five year old, billionaire businessman CEO Jackson Holt’s story line. STARRY-EYED LOVE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (London and Jackson) STARRY-EYED LOVE follows the building romance and relationship between business and financial administrator, co-owner for the Spark House /Event hotel London Spark, and billionaire businessman CEO Jackson Holt. Several months earlier, following the break up of her most recent relationship, London spent the evening at a bar with her sisters where she would meet a stranger but with her break up still fresh in her mind, London rebuffed the handsome stranger never getting his name or details in the process. Several months would pass and a business opportunity for Spark House presents itself wherein London will come face to face with Jackson Holt, the CEO of Holt Media and Consulting, the man she met months before. Holt Media is hoping to liaison with Spark House for a business proposal, a proposal that will bring London and Jackson up close and personal but when London offers Jackson a second chance to take her out, our hero refuses, placing London on the sidelines with a potentially broken heart. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between London and Jackson, and the potential fall-out as Jackson’s past refuses to walk away, destroying London in the process.

Jackson Holt had no idea that London Spark would be the woman he met months before but working together meant the possibility of a conflict of interest if either one pursued a romantic relationship together, therefore, Jackson had reluctantly set aside his need for London, a need upon which he knew was mutually wanted. London Spark was humiliated when Jackson rebuffed her romantic advance, and in this, London struggled going forward with Jackson Holt but the business opportunities afforded Spark House meant the potential for an enormous surge in bookings and popularity, if only the heart did not want something it could no longer have.

The relationship between Jackson and London is one of immediate attraction but London refused Jackson’s initial advances, and in the end, perhaps he wanted something she was unable to afford to give. The $ex scenes are passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
