This is billionaire Royal Boudreaux, and ballerina Violet Murphy’s story line. BRUTAL ICE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Told from three omniscient third person perspectives (Royal, Violet, killer) BRUTAL ICE follows Royal Boudreaux, as he hunts for a serial killer, Royal Boudreaux is a billionaire with a penchant for taking down the society’s evils but his most recent case brings him up close and personal with his future in the guise of dancer Violet Murphy. Royal found Violet locked in the trunk of an abandoned car, the woman bound and gagged as the killer’s next victim. Vowing to protect Violet with his life, Royal becomes guardian and protector of the woman he loves as he hunts for the person responsible for targeting our story line heroine. What ensues is the building relationship between Royal and Violet, and the potential fall-out as Royal becomes the prime suspect in the case he is desperate to close.

The world building focuses on the hunt for a killer. Royal Boudreaux and his ‘brother’ Beau were once street kids who were one another’s protectors and family. Royal’s need to destroy the people who take the lives of others makes him the perfect foil for law enforcement but Royal’s ability to track down the killers is often in opposition to the people in charge. The relationship between Violet and Royal begins as a rescue but Royal doesn’t do relationships; is a man who keeps to himself but a man with the ability to uncover the truth. Falling for Violet was never his intention but he will protect Violet with his life. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top sexually graphic language and text.

The colorful secondary and supporting characters include Royal’s ‘brother’ Beau; Detective
Curran Barlow: stage director Micah Wright: dancer Simone; Dr. Leo Barnes, and the return of Dr. Antonia “Tony” Rossi and Aidan Warner (Touched By Ice 4), and Declan Flynn. I hope the author has future plans for Declan, and Beau.

BRUTAL ICE is a story of secrets and lies, obsession and madness, family and relationships, acceptance and love. The premise is intriguing and compelling; the romance is seductive; the characters are desperate, strong and determined.

This is security specialist Smith Sanders, and art authenticator Madelyn Lake’s story line. TRAPPED IN ICE can be read as stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.

NOTE: For fans of Cynthia Eden, there is a slight cross over with the author’s Wilde Ways series.

Told from third person perspective TRAPPED IN ICE follows the search for a suspected killer. Years earlier, at the age of thirteen Madelyn Lake aka Maggie was abducted by a stranger but upon her escape would discover she was not the only victim of a possible serial killer, a killer who was never found, and the murders never solved. Fast forward to present day, the demons from her past begin refocusing on our story line heroine, demons with a possible connection to the who, how and why. Enter security specialist Smith Sanders, a childhood acquaintance of Madelyn Lake, and the man with whom Madelyn will fall in love. What ensues is the protection of Madelyn; the rebuilding friendship and building relationship between Madelyn and Smith, and the potential fall-out as a killer sets their sights on our story line heroine.

Smith Sanders fell in love with Madelyn Lake at the age of sixteen but within days of introduction Smith would disappear never to be heard from again. Since her abduction Madelyn had been ‘warned’ not to draw attention to herself, and in doing so, kept her life separate from everyone else but as an adult Madelyn was always distrustful of people she didn’t know, but it may be the people closest that can cause the most harm.

The relationship between Madelyn and Smith is a second chance, of a sorts. Smith never had time to get to know our story line heroine, as his own life was spiralling out of control. Now a chance to protect the woman with whom he is falling in love give Smith the opportunity to claim the young woman who had stolen his heart. Madelyn Lake also suspected that one day her past would return but she never expected to get up close and personal with the young man who was hoping for a second chance. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The secondary and supporting characters include Aiden and Tony (Touched by Ice), Memphis Camden (Falling for the Ice Queen 2) , as well as the introduction of several people connected to our heroine’s past.

TRAPPED IN ICE is a story of betrayal and vengeance, obsession and madness, murder and mayhem, mistrust and acceptance. The premise is intriguing, twisted and dramatic, ; the characters are animated, broken and desperate; the romance is seductive and energetic.

This is former bounty hunter turned tracker / Ice Breaker Memphis Camden, and Eliza Robinson’s story line. FALLING FOR THE ICE QUEEN can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Told from third person perspective FALLING FOR THE ICE QUEEN focuses on the hunt for a potential serial killer. Several years earlier Eliza Robinson was abducted from a local bar, held captive near a sunflower farm, and in her escape has no recollection of what happened or how. Fast forward to present day wherein Eliza, now followed by her father’s hired security team comes face to face with Memphis Camden, a member of the Ice Breakers Cold Case crime solvers, and the man with whom Eliza will fall in love. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and seductive without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful secondary and supporting characters including Eliza’s brother Benjamin, their father Prescott, and his wife Kathleen; Eliza’s best friend Bethany Bancroft, as well as Detective Daniel Jones, Body guard Alec Davis, and Ice Breaker investigator Delilah Darrow, and her husband Archer Radcliffe, and Memphis’ half-brother Saint. The requisite evil has many faces.

FALLING FOR THE ICE QUEEN is a story of betrayal, vengeance, jealousy and madness. The fast paced premise is exciting and intriguing; the romance is provocative; the characters are energetic and charismatic.

I want to add that there are many similarities between the first and second books including secret half-siblings, and guilt-ridden full-siblings, I am thinking the author could be using more originality in her story line premises.
