Told from omniscient third person perspectives FORBIDDEN ICE follows in the wake of the threats against our story line heroine. Wren’s past is mired in darkness and death, but the two constants have been twin brothers Eb and Jake Jones. An attack against our heroine, following her best friend’s bridal party, finds Wren under the protection of Jake Jones, the man she has been quietly lusting after for most of her life. As the threats against Wren become more personal, revealing the secrets from her past, Eb and Jake believe they may be the target, and Wren is a pawn in a much larger game.

The world building follows the desperate need to protect our story line heroine who is in total denial regarding Jake and Eb’s depth of love and emotional attachment towards Wren Maye but one is willing to step aside to ensure the happiness of his twin. As the threats against Wren increase, the possibility of someone close upends the worlds of Wren, Eb and Jake.

The relationship between Jake and Wren is one of friends to lovers but Wren’s need to deny Jake’s feelings and attraction is more of a protective measure in the face of losing them both. Wren has always believed Jake’s actions and attitude bordered on dislike but both Jake and Eb were willing to step back as long as one or both were Wren’s primary protector. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The secondary and supporting characters are energetic, desperate and dynamic. We are introduced to Jake’s twin brother Eb: Wren’s ‘uncle’ Milo; Declan Flynn (Cruel Ice), and Hunter; and Wren’s friends Makayla, Tom and Jennifer.

FORBIDDEN ICE is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, murder and retaliation, obsession and madness, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is intriguing, twisted and edgy; the romance is spicy; the characters are determined and charismatic.

Years earlier Ophelia Raine lost the love of her life to a killer and vowed she would spend the rest of her life saving those unable to save themselves but Ophelia never expected to be both babysitter and profiler with the Ice Breakers’ newest higher, a man who spent time in prison for a crime he did not commit. While on assignment together, Ophelia struggles with the apparent copy cat killings of a man she took down years before, killings that are getting more personal and seemingly directed at our story line heroine. What ensues is the building relationship between Ophelia and Lane, and the potential fall-out as our couple are targeted for sins of the past.

The world building is detailed and complex as there are many references to previous cases, killings, investigations and betrayal. Ophelia and Lane both struggle with issues of trust having been betrayed by the people in charge.

The relationship between Ophelia and Lane begins as a work assignment in which Ophelia battles between head and heart preferring to work alone but the boss needs someone to profile our story line hero, a man who was sentenced to prison for crimes he did not commit.Lane Lawson ‘s attraction to Ophelia is immediate and intense, and within days, Lane declares himself protector of the woman with whom he is falling in love.The $ex scenes are passionate and seductive.

There is a large ensemble cast of questionable secondary and supporting characters including over zealous law enforcement, and the return of FBI Agent Oliver Foxx, and Lane’s sister Lark Lawson, and tracker Memphis Camden, and falsely accused Beau LeBlanc. The requisite evil has many faces.

LOCKED IN ICE is a story of power and control, obsession and madness, betrayal and vengeance, acceptance and love.The fast paced premise is intriguing and suspenseful; the characters are determined and dynamic; the romance is fated.

Told from dual omniscient third person perspectives (Lark and Oliver) BURIED UNDER ICE follows in the wake of the arrest of Larks’s brother Lane. Five months earlier, FBI agent Oliver Foxx broke Lark Lawson’s heart. Oliver and the FBI believed Lane’s brother was a serial killer, and Lark became a pawn in Oliver’s quest. Fast forward to present day, wherein Lane has hired the team at Ice Breaker to prove her brother is innocent but within days Lane finds herself a target when the ongoing threats against her life become more personal and dark. Enter FBI Agent Oliver Foxx, and the man who vows to protect Lark with his life. The world building is complex and detailed. While the FBI, and the local Vegas Police believe they have a killer in custody, the team at Ice Breaker continue to search for the truth. As the incidents increase, law enforcement refuse to accept the possibility of another suspect, and Lark’s brother is targeted in prison.

The relationship between Lark and Oliver is a second chance romance. Months earlier OLiver destroyed Lark’s heart and her faith in humanity when her brother was arrested for a series of murders. Believing she was used by Oliver and the FBI, Lark is determined to prove her brother’s innocence but at every turn, Lark is a target by the people of Las Vegas, and the FBI. Oliver wants a second chance but Lark refuses to accept that she wasn’t played by the man she once loved. Told from third person perspective TOUCHED BY ICE follows the building romance and relationship between forensic anthropologist Dr. Antonia ‘Tony’ Rossi, and thirty-two year old, billionaire casino owner/businessman Aiden Warner in the wake of Aiden hiring our heroine to find his twin brother. Aiden’s twin brother Austin has been missing, and presumed dead, for close to fifteen years, and Aiden has been desperate to uncover the truth. Dr. Rossi’s reputation for ‘finding’ the dead has drawn Aiden to the woman with whom he will fall in love but Tony isn’t interested in taking on any more cases until Aiden reveals he knows more about Tony than she could have ever imagined. Tony will agree to help locate Aiden’s missing brother but all does not go well when our couple are targeted the closer they get to uncovering the truth. What ensues is the building relationship between Tony and Aiden, and the potential fall-out as Tony begins to suspect everyone in Aiden’s life, including the man, himself.

Aiden Warner lost everything the day his twin brother Austin went missing but the amount of blood and destruction in the family’s cottage meant something bad had happened to his brother. The murder of a local real estate agent, and the poisoning of Tony’s dog proves that our couple have been targeted, possibly by the same person or persons responsible for killing Austin Warner.

Tony is overwhelmed in the wake of a recent discovery, and finding another young body brings up too many memories of crimes long ago but Tony knows that Aiden will never rest until his brother’s body is found, and in this Tony is hoping the truth will bring some peace to the man with whom she is falling in love. The secondary and supporting characters include Aiden’s right hand man and security specialist Smith Sanders; as well as police chief Barrett Montgomery, veterinarian Levi Russell, his assistant Sharon, and real estate agent Melanie Rodgers. We are reintroduced to Memphis Camden (Falling for the Ice Queen 2), and his brother Saint Camden (Ice Cold Saint 3). Smith Sanders story is next in TRAPPED IN ICE.
