ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date September 14, 2023

I stole a kiss that wasn’t mine to take.
From a man cloaked in pain, scars, and mystery.
Deadly and beautiful, twelve years my senior, a killer for the Irish Mafia.
…And my best friend’s older brother.
But if we’re going to point fingers, I refuse to take the full blame.
You see, I may have stolen the first kiss.
But that’s only because he stole my heart.
Neither was ours for the taking.
Both come with a no return policy.
I’m supposed to forget about Castle James.
But when a ruthless Mafia don I’ve been promised to comes to collect, will Castle forget about me?
Or take what already belongs to him:
My heart.

REVIEW:STOLEN HEARTS is the fifth instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult DARK HEARTS dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is thirty-three year old, Christopher ‘Castle’ James, and twenty-one year old, Calliope ‘Callie’ Drakos’ story line. STOLEN HEARTS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading the series in order for backstory and cohesion.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise there WILL BE triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Callie and Castle) STOLEN HEARTS follows the age-gap, arranged marriage, marriage of convenience, acrimonious relationship between thirty-three year old, Christopher ‘Castle’ James, and twenty-one year old, Calliope ‘Callie’ Drakos. Years earlier, Calliope Drakos’ father promised our heroine to the don of the Italian Mafia, a cruel man who is determined to destroy our story line heroine but Callie is in love with someone else, and struggles to accept her fate in life. An attack against our story line heroine pulls Castle James back into her life, an attack that will force Castle to claim Callie as his wife, a claim Castle vows in name only but all does not go according to plan as Callie’s attraction to Castle escalates with every physical encounter with our story line hero, as Castle’s walls begin to crumble married to the woman that calls to his heart. As Castle’s position within the Irish Mafia takes a commanding lead, someone else is determined to destroy them all. What ensues is the building relationship between Castle and Callie, and the potential fall-out when Callie and Castle are targeted, for sins of the past.

The world building continues to focus on the Irish, the Greek, and the Italian Mafia, and the Russian Bratva. Interconnected through marriage, family, partnerships, business arrangements and love, the leaders and soldiers must work together in an effort to protect two of their own.

The relationship between Callie and Castle is tempestuous at best. Callie has been in love with Castle for as long as she can remember but Callie has been promised to someone else, and Castle refuses to cross an invisible line believing himself too old and unworthy. As Callie and Castle’s need for one another begins to spiral out of control, jealousy and a need to protect force Castle to claim our heroine in spite of the threats from everywhere else. Callie is a little bit immature, and Castle keeps his demons close to his heart. The $ex scenes are aggressive and intense with some scenes of spanking.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and powerful secondary and supporting characters including Callie’s siblings, and several members of the Irish Mafia. Castle is the second in command, and will quickly learn that all is not as it seems at the top.

STOLEN HEARTS is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, heart break and pain, family, friendships, relationships and love. The premise is dark, gritty, provocative and dramatic; the romance is challenging and daring; the characters are determined and desperate.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date August 3, 2023

He saw what I did. Now he owns me.

Brutal, formidably gorgeous, and head of a vicious Bratva organization.
They call Gavan Tsarenko the bastard king. I call him a tyrant.
But now, the man with the gun-metal gray eyes and scarred past has come to conquer me.
You see, I screwed up. I traded my good-girl status for a bad grad-school prank that went horribly wrong.
And now, for six months, I’m Gavan’s.
My enemy.
My monster.
My dark fantasy.
The savagely beautiful villain holds my debt and my fate in his hands.
And what does the man who can have anything want with me?
Everything.
But he’ll never take my heart.

••••••

REVIEW: TWISTED HEARTS is the fourth instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult DARK HEARTS dark, erotic, crime world romance series set in the author’s KINGS AND VILLAINS world. This is head of the Bratva organization Gavan Tsarenko, and Irish Mob heiress Eilish Kildare’s story line. TWISTED HEARTS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading the series in order for back story. Eilish is the sister of the head of the Kildare Irish Mob Cillian Kildare.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Gavan and Eilish) TWISTED HEARTS follows in the aftermath of a college sorority hazing that set up our heroine to take the fall. Owing six months of her life to Gavan Tsarenko, Eilish finds herself caught between the proverbial rock and a hard place when Gavan reveals a secret Eilish has been keeping from her mob affiliated family but everything does not go according to plan when the Bratva High Council is at odds when an outsider wants a chance at the throne. What ensues is the building but acrimonious relationship between Gavan and Eilish, and the potential fall-out as our couple find themselves target by more than one unknown adversary.

The world building continues to focus on the fight for control. The Bratva Council, including the leaders of the seven most powerful families has been brought to the brink of war, and someone else may be pulling the strings but as Eilish struggles with her ‘payment’ to Gavan Tsarenko, she will discover that she may be payment for a debt, someone else owes.

The relationship between Eilish and Gavan begins tempestuously when Eilish finds herself as the mercy of our story line hero. Eilish took from Gavan what cannot be returned, and Gavan was determined to take everything from Eilish including her freedom and person autonomy. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic, provocative and intense, and not without some scenes of questionable consent.

Once again, there Is a large ensemble cast of powerful, energetic and determined secondary and supporting characters many of whom we met in previous story lines. The requisite evil has many faces but not everyone is the monster they claim to be.

TWISTED HEARTS is another graphic story of violence, abuse, power and control, betrayal and vengeance, jealousy and greed, family and relationships, forgiveness, loss and love. The fast paced premise is dark, dramatic and intense; the romance dramatic and defiant; the characters are troubled, desperate and impassioned.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date June 15, 2023

My first mistake was sleeping with the most dangerous man in New York, without him knowing who I was. My second was believing he never would…

It was supposed to be easy: one night of sin with a beautiful stranger to forever cut ties with my Bratva past. But I didn’t pick a stranger. I picked him. Hades Drakos, the dark prince of the Drakos Mafia family, is a lethally beautiful psychopath with a trail of broken hearts and bloodshed in his wake.

Oh, and he’s my client. It doesn’t matter that our one night was under darkness, disguised by masks. He knows my secret sin. He knows it was my first time. And now, he’ll use that to trap me as his own personal Persephone.

But even though the God of the Underworld might have my darkest secrets and sinful submission in the palm of his hand, I swear, there’s one thing he’ll never capture.
My heart.

REVIEW: SINFUL HEARTS is the third instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult DARK HEARTS dark, erotic, Mafia, crime world romance series. This is twenty-nine year old Hades Drakos, and twenty-six year old attorney Elsa Guin’s story line. SINFUL HEARTS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. The DARK HEARTS series is set in the author’s KINGS AND VILLAINS world.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Elsa and Hades) SINFUL HEARTS follows in the aftermath of Elsa Guin’s visit to a members only $ex club. Months earlier, attorney Elsa Guin came face to face with Greek Mafia member Hades Drakos, and would find herself working on a business acquisition with the Drakos family. Fast forward to present day, Elsa is desperate to lose her V-card, a V-card that is currently being used by someone else as fodder for control. An anonymous one-night stand in which Hades has no idea as to the identity of his partner ends when Elsa ghosts our hero sometime through the night but Elsa’s need to run is more or less predicated on the threats in her life, a life that is connected to her past. As Hades refuses to admit to a relationship with Elsa, he will soon discover that all is not well in the between the different factions of the criminal underworld, and the Drakos family is about to be pulled into a war with the Bratva and Albanian mobs. What ensues is the building relationship between Elsa and Hades, and the potential fall-out when secrets and lies push Hades to threaten the woman he loves.

The relationship between Hades and Elsa begins as a working relationship but Elsa struggles with a future that is no longer under her control, and the future of her fifteen year old sister Nora who is about to become a pawn for power and control. Hades doesn’t do relationships but something about Elsa draws Hades like a moth to a flame, a moth that refuses to admit there is more to Elsa than meets the eye. Elsa knows that to get involved with a client could mean the end her to law career but Hades refuses to back down, or let go of our story line heroine. Hades obsessions with Elsa is the only thing that will protect our heroine when the past refuses to let go. The $ex scenes are intimate, provocative and intense with a little bit of ‘daddy kink’.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date May 4, 2023

I’ll do anything to save my family. Even if it means marrying the devil himself.

Cillian Kildare is a monster wrapped in charm and sophistication. A gorgeous psychopath with venom in his veins and sadism driving every beat of his cold, black heart.

When I’m sent to kill the vicious Irish mafia boss to settle a debt from my past, it’s supposed to be simple.

It becomes a lot less simple when Cillian catches me, and carves his way into my darkest secrets and most deviant desires.

Now, captured and bound as his prisoner plaything, he has new plans for me: an unholy marriage of inconvenience.

He’ll protect me from my past. And for six months, I’ll give him my body, my soul, and my submission—willing or otherwise.

It’s just physical. A contract and nothing more.

But the devil, as they say, is in the details.

And if I’m not careful, this devil might soon break his way into something else:

My heart.

REVIEW: VICIOUS HEARTS is the second instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult DARK HEARTS dark, erotic, Mafia romance series., set in the author’s KINGS AND VILLAINS world. This is the head of the Kildare Irish Mob Cillian Kildare, and Una O’Conor’s story line. VICIOUS HEARTS can be read as a stand alone but I recommend reading DEVIANT HEARTS for back story and cohesion.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there WILL be triggers for more sensitive readers including graphic violence, child ab*se, BDSM and self harm.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Cillian and Una) VICIOUS HEARTS follows in the aftermath of the attempted assassination of Cillian Kildare at the hands of Una O’Conor. Una is hoping to save the life of her twin and brother Finn but someone is directing our heroine behind the scenes. Her latest target is the head of the Irish Mob Cillian Kildare, the man with whom Una will fall in love, but a man who is going to use Una to win a war. A marriage of convenience is meant to unite the warring families of the Irish Mob but all does not go according to plan when a ghost from the past, returns with a vengeance.

Cillian Kildare is a sadist; a socio-path, a psychotic madman who needs to vent his rage and his anger, and his targets are usually the lowest of the low. Since an early age, Cillian knew something wasn’t right but he would channel his need for revenge at those who deserved it the most. Having barely survived a childhood of abuse and torture, Una is the perfect outlet for our story line hero.

The relationship between Cillian and Una is an enemies to lovers, marriage of convenience predicated upon years of madness and abuse. Una was desperate to save the brother she hadn’t see in almost two years, and Cillian was the ticket to free her brother from captivity but all was not as it appeared to be, and Una’s relationship with the past was about to destroy everything she knew. The $ex scenes are aggressive, dangerous and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and powerful secondary and supporting characters including Neve and Ares (Deviant Hearts 1), Neve’s sister Eilish; Cillian’s second in command Castle; Are’s brothers Hades and Kratos, their sister Calliope, and their Ya-ya Dimitra; Director of FBI Operations Shane Dorsey; Psychiatrist Dr. Gail Thompson. The requisite evil is someone familiar. Hades story is next in Sinful Hearts.

VICIOUS HEARTS is a graphic story of violence and abuse, power and control, betrayal and vengeance, madness and insanity, forgiveness and love. The premise is dark, gritty, dramatic and intense; the characters are broken and determined; the romance is provocative.

REVIEW: DEVIANT HEARTS is the first instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult DARK HEARTS dark, erotic, crime world, romance series. This is Irish Mafia princess, twenty-four year old, university student Neve Kildare, and Greek mobster Ares Drakos’ story line. DARK HEARTS series is set in the author’s KINGS AND VILLAINS world. For backstory and cohesion, I suggest reading PRINCE OF HATE (Kings and Villains 6).

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Neve and Ares) DEVIANT HEARTS follows the arranged marriage, forced proximity relationship between Irish Mafia princess, twenty-four year old, NYU student Neve Kildare, and Greek mobster Ares Drakos. The New York faction of the Greek and Irish Mafia’s are at war, and to procure some sort of cease fire, twenty four year old Irish Mafia princess Neve Kildare has been offered in marriage to Greek mobster Ares Drakos. Neve is a university student with her first taste of freedom and her own apartment condo but never expected to be used as a pawn in the war between controlling families. Defiant and rebellious, Neve struggles to accept her fate, married to a man who could crush her soul but within hours of getting married, Neve’s life is threatened, and the past declares open season on our story line heroine. Ares Drakos never thought he would marry, yet alone to a member of the Irish Mob. Ares knows that to keep peace between the families, he is determined to give his marriage a chance but Neve hides a past that is about to threaten Ares tenuous hold on the woman with whom he will fall in love. Neve is feisty and furious at what has happened and why, knowing her marriage of convenience is but a bandaid on on a wound that may never heal. What ensues is the building relationship between Neve and Ares, and the potential fall-out as the past returns determined to take down our story line heroine.

The relationship between Neve and Ares is an arranged marriage, marriage of convenience, enemies to lovers meant to bring some sort of peace between the Irish and the Greek mobs, a joining of forces that will be needed when the past takes back what doesn’t belong. Neither Ares nor Neve believe their union is anything but a brokerage of peace but one night together gives them both pause for thought. Neve is defiant until the end, an end that may come sooner than she thinks when the demons from her past demand payment and more. The $ex scenes are passionate, aggressive and erotic.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and powerful secondary and supporting characters, some of whom we have met in Prince of Hate (Kings and Villains #6): the head of the Irish Mob and Neve’s uncle Cillian Kildare; Neve’s sister Eilish; bodyguard Castle; Are’s brothers Hades and Kratos, their sister Calliope, and their Ya-ya Dimitra; Neve and Eilish’s great uncle Seamus O’Conor. The requisite evil has many faces. Cillian’s story line is next.

DEVIANT HEARTS is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, madness and murder, family and friendships, acceptance and love. The premise is dramatic, gritty, dark and tumultuous; the characters are energetic, dynamic and charismatic; the romance is intense and provocative.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date February 2, 2023

He’s my curse. I’m his cure.

To settle my father’s debt, I’ve taken his place as prisoner to a monster.

A dangerously beautiful beast of a man with cold blue eyes and ice around his heart. A vengeful, reclusive billionaire cloaked in scars and haunted by pain and violence.

He looks at me like he can’t decide if he’ll kiss me or destroy me. He has rules I’ll follow and commands I’ll obey—willingly, as per our deal.

But “eagerly” isn’t something I expected. “Desperately” makes it even worse.

Because with every possessive touch.

Every brutal, stolen kiss.

Every claimed part of me, piece by sinful piece.

I fall deeper into the beast’s clutches. And closer to finding the answer to the curse that will destroy us both.

REVIEW: PRINCE OF HATE by Jagger Cole is the sixth instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary, adult, KINGS AND VILLAINS dark, erotic, romance series. This is forty-two year old, billionaire investment banker Oliver Prince, and twenty year old, Greek Heiress Rose Carson Laurent’s story line.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Oliver and Rose) PRINCE OF HATE follows in the wake of the disappearance of Rose’s father Paul Laurent. Rose Carson was raised by nuns in an orphanage, never knowing her parents or her family history until the day crime lord Paul Laurent announced he had found his long lost daughter. Paul’s discovery of his daughter coincides with the man’s need to make reparation, payment for a debt, to the head of the Greek Mafia, reparation in the form of Rose Carson but Paul finds himself a prisoner of billionaire businessman Oliver Prince, who will exchange one prisoner for another, when Paul is sent on a mission for Oliver Prince. Rose Carson is an innocent in a world of crime lords, an innocent who will discover her dark and damaged captor holds secrets of his own. As the story line progresses, Rose Carson’s family history is revealed, pulling together several of the original members of the Kings and Villains of Lord’s College where the heads of the Russian Bratva, Irish and Greek Mafia’s, and the Cross Crime Family learned to rule the world of business and crime. A prisoner in a gilded cage, Rose will learn that all is not well with her current jailer, and if her father fails, Oliver Prince’s life hangs in the balance. What ensues is the acrimonious relationship between Oliver and Rose, and the potential fall-out when Rose becomes a pawn in the dangerous life of underworld crime.

Oliver Prince is a beast; scarred inside and out, Oliver has become a recluse in the face of dark family secrets, murder, betrayal and the death of his only son, a recluse whose time on earth comes with an expiry date, a date that is fast approaching.Desperate, Oliver claims Rose Carson as his own, forcing Paul Laurent to go in search of information, information that may arrive too late for our story line ‘hero’. Rose Carson knows nothing of her father, of his life, or the life of mobsters and crime. Caught between the father she doesn’t know, and the man with whom she will fall in love, Rose discovers that everything she thought she knew is a lie, and when the truth is revealed, Rose’s family is much larger, dangerous and more powerful than she could have ever imagined.

The relationship between Rose and Oliver is an age-gap, forced proximity, captive and captor, Beauty and the Beast relationship in which Rose is a prisoner, for which a ransom may never be paid. Oliver is but one of many who lay claim to our story line heroine, a claim Rose is hoping will protect her from future harm. The $ex scenes are provocative and intense, and not without some issues of questionable consent.

There is a large ensemble cast of powerful and dark secondary and supporting characters including Adrian Cross (Dark Kingdom 1), as well as the mention of several characters and cross over with the author’s inter-connected series. The requisite evil has many faces.

PRINCE OF HATE is a story of betrayal and vengeance, power and control, madness and murder, obsession and love. The premise is dark, gritty, dramatic and intense; the romance is provocative and impassioned; the characters are broken, dynamic and struggling.

REVIEW: DARK KINGDOM is the first instalment in Jagger Cole’s contemporary adult KINGS AND VILLAINS dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is twenty-four year old Adrian Cross, and Celeste Margaux’s story line.

NOTE: For fans of the author’s books and stories, there was a prequel short story release in the multi-authored DARKLY EVER AFTER Organized Crime Anthology, a short story that is now a part of current story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Adrian and Celeste) DARK KINGDOM follows the tempestuous second chance relationship between Irish crime lord Adrian Cross and Celeste Margaux. Four years earlier Celeste’s father discovered his daughter’s relationship with the hired help aka Adrian Cross, and sold his daughter to the highest bidder, a Saudi billionaire looking for a deal but not before crushing Celeste with a series of lies. Fast forward to present day wherein Celeste is in desperate need of protection- there is a price on her head, and the man she was forced to marry has been killed by an unknown assailant. Enter Adrian Cross, now the head of the Cross Crime Family, and the man with whom Celeste is still in love. What ensues is the acrimonious but rebuilding relationship between Adrian and Celeste, and the potential fall-out Celeste remains the target of an unknown assassin.

Celeste Margaux thought she had been betrayed by the man that she loved, and for four years struggled to survive in a marriage of convenience but all was not as it had appeared to be, and Celeste finds herself on the run, desperate to find protection from the man she once loved. Adrian Cross has struggled in the four years since Celeste married someone else, destroying his heart in the process. Now at the top of the criminal underworld, Adrian is determined to reclaim the woman he once loved, even if he has to break her will and destroy her heart.

The relationship between Adrian and Celeste is one of second chances but a relationship predicated upon control and humiliation. Adrian is a jerk, an a$$hole of epic proportions, and his treatment of Celeste is often demeaning and cruel. In an effort to save her life, Celeste must succumb to Adrian’s demands, forcing herself to become a virtual prisoner of the man that she loves. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and provocative but not without some issues of questionable consent.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters many of whom we have met in previous story lines, duets and interconnected series written by Jagger Cole including the Cinder Duet, and the Hunted Duet. We are introduced to Celeste’s father Jean Margaux, and Celeste’s friend Adele. The requisite evil has many faces.

DARK KINGDOM is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, money and greed, family, friendships, relationships and love. The premise is heart breaking and emotional; the romance is often cruel and demeaning; the characters are desperate, determined, dangerous and dark.

A reader first and foremost, Jagger Cole cut his romance writing teeth penning various fan-fiction stories years ago. After deciding to hang up his writing boots, Jagger worked in advertising pretending to be Don Draper. It worked enough to convince a woman way out of his league to marry him, though, which is a total win.

Now, Dad to two little princesses and King to a Queen, Jagger is thrilled to be back at the keyboard.

When not writing or reading romance books, he can be found woodworking, enjoying good whiskey, and grilling outside–rain or shine.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date October 27, 2022

They say never meet your heroes.
But no one ever warns you about falling in love with them.

Once, he was a god.

Devastatingly seductive. Illegally gorgeous.

Jackson Havoc was the hedonistic saint of sin, wrapped in leather, whiskey, and fame…

Until music’s crown prince of mayhem vanished from the spotlight, ten years ago.

Now, my job is to find him, and tell the world his story.

But I’m not prepared for the way he lays bare every forbidden fantasy.

How he rips into the most broken parts of my soul to feast on what he finds.

I tell myself I’m immune to his lethal charms.

But that’s a lie I’ll pay dearly for.

I flew too close to a god and burned in his flame.

Now, he’ll claim me in every way.

REVIEW: BROKEN LINES by Jagger Cole is a contemporary, adult, dark, rock, romance story line found in the multi-authored BLURRED LINES series. This is twenty year old , journalist Melody Blue, and forty-two year old, embittered, former rock star Jackson Havoc’s story line.

WARNING: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Melody and Jackson) BROKEN LINES follows Melody Blue’s search for former rock star Jackson Havoc, lead singer for Velvet Guillotine. Ten years earlier, Jackson Havoc disappeared without a trace but Melody is desperate to gain a foothold at Ignition Magazine, and with her mother’s history as a rock and roll groupie, Melody had some information no one else could obtain. Finding Jackson hiding out on an island in Maine pushes Melody to understand what happened and why, and in the end Melody refuses to out our story line hero but someone else is more desperate than Melody, and sets about to destroy our story line couple. What ensues is the acrimonious relationship between Melody and Jackson, and the fall-out as a lie-filled, tell-all book is about to push Melody to her knees to protect the man with whom she had fallen in love.

Jackson Havoc went into hiding a year after the death of his best friend and fellow band mate. Jackson aka Robbie, spent the next ten years at the bottom of a bottle, with powder up his nose, in an effort to forget about the world he once loved. Melody Blue dropping into his life forced Jackson to face the spiral that was destroying his life, a spiral that was about to pull Melody into a spiral of her own. Jackson and Melody’s pasts are heart breaking and dark, and it is their mutual commiseration that sets into motion the revelations that all is not well for our story line couple.

The relationship between Melody and Jackson is an age-gap, relationship predicated upon secrets and lies. Jackson is unaware of Melody’s true identity and connection to the band, and Melody never expected to fall for a man whose own life was shattered and broken. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense.

We are introduced to Melody’s best friend June Hendrix; Melody’s mother Judy Blue; Melody’s boss Chuck Garver and fellow journalist Becca, as well as several islanders who have no idea as to Jackson’s true identity.

BROKEN LINES is a story of secrets and lies, abuse and neglect, drugs and alcohol, power and control. The author blends reality amongst the fictional bands and musicians, such that the reader can apply fiction to fact. The premise is dark, and heart breaking; the romance is aggressive and intense; the characters are broken, struggling and desperate.
