REVIEW:Book seven in the Seaforth Billionaires series has arrived, and oh my whole heart loves this one! As always, I recommend reading the series in order to get the full amazingness that is the series, but it can be read as a standalone.

Rhett and Bronte are adorable together, they meet in such a funny way and that gives the book such a nice take off point. Bronte is a very smart cookie, one that has made a life for herself in the best way possible, even with living with her asperger’s syndrome. Rhett is a widower who is still dealing with the after effects of his marriage, but that doesn’t stop him from returning to the coffee shop he knows that Bronte frequents.

When they finally start seeing one another, they both come to see that they each have hurdles they must overcome to really give their new found relationship a chance. Both are more than willing to do this, even if it means ripping the band-aid off so to say. Their entire story is both funny and sentimental at the same time, until they get comfortable with one another, they are both so awkward together, but also so very intense. Neither of them want to say the wrong thing to the other, but they also don’t know what to say at times. Their chemistry is what saves the day, and when they get to the spicy bits…it’s perfect.

I think this may be my favorite of the series, and I really hope to see some of these characters again. Nice job Ms. Author!

REVIEW:Foolish Promises is the next installment in the Seaforth Billionaires series by Jeana E. Mann, and if you liked the previous books, you’re going to love this one too. There are books previously in the series, and I would recommend reading them before diving into Foolish Promosies, I feel that it would fill in the gaps better.

Second Chance romances are geared toward redemption and forgiveness, and Foolish Promises is no exception. This book takes a slightly different turn because it is also a enemies to lovers spinoff, but the chemistry between the two leads is just too hot to deny.

Sam and Danika are back again and their story is far from over. Danika is still as strong willed as she has always been, but Sam is still Sam, and neither of them want the past to repeat itself. These two have really been through the rigger together, but now that they are married (again) they are determined to make it work this time.

As their lives move forward, their marriage is happy, but when they start a new company, work starts to take a higher priority to Sam than everything else. Sam is off around the world on company business, and Danika isn’t with him, this allows distrust to bloom in their marriage. Throw in some outside drama, chaos, tragedy and emotional trauma and Sam and Danika are at their wits end, marriage or not.

Ms. Mann is an artist with the written word, and as always, I enjoyed the read.

REVIEW:Foolish Dreams is an enemies to lovers, second chance romance filled with heartbreak, angst and forgiveness. Jeana E. Mann put heart and soul into this book, and you can really feel the emotions her characters are experiencing.

Vanessa has returned home to ensure her family’s company doesn’t go down the tubes. After nearly a decade away from this life, she comes face to face with the one person she had never hoped to see again. Or maybe one she has yearned for in secret.

Cameron.

When Vanessa takes over the job that Cam feels should have been his, he is hit with a wave of nostalgia. Neither of them wants to deal with the other, but as they come face to face now, they can’t avoid it. Both Cam and Vanessa are still torn from the way their relationship ended all those years ago, each experiences it a different way. They are both still aggressive towards one another from the past, and neither of them are willing to budge on what they think happened. One of them however has a secret, a secret that will change everything.

As the pair embark on their journey of tolerance, they are brought back to why they loved each other in the first place. Cam and Vanessa have more than just blistering hot chemistry together, they have a destiny together that even they can’t control.

Foolish Dreams is a faced paced work-place romance told in both first person and flashback. The author bounces the reader back and forth between the past and the present, showing how Cam and Vanessa first met and how their story originally started. Kudos to the author for delivering an enjoyable read filled with angst, love, hate, forgiveness and enough emotional trauma to send any normal person running for the comfort of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
