ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date June 21, 2022

When I moved in with my brother’s best friend, I thought it was temporary.

Weston Wright would be in LA with my brother for six months. I’d get the place to myself to get back on my feet. A perfect plan.

Until he comes back and asks me to stay.

I take one look at those beautiful baby blues, the dimpled smirk, and muscled arms, and say yes. I want to say yes to a lot more, but I’ve dated exactly one boy my entire life, and not only did he cheat on me with my bestie, now they’re engaged.

I don’t even know where to start with dating. But when I mention it to Weston, he offers to teach me how to date. No strings attached.

All I have to do is not fall in love with him…or let my brother find out.

REVIEW:. WRIGHT THAT GOT AWAY is the fourth instalment in KA Linde’s contemporary, adult WRIGHT VINEYARD, and eleventh instalment in the WRIGHT erotic, romance series. This is twenty-six year olds, rock star Campbell Abbey, and blogger/TikTokker star Marie ‘Blaire Blush’ Barker’s story line. WRIGHT THAT GOT AWAY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. NOTE: For followers and fans of KA Linde, there is a slight crossover with the cameo appearance of English and Court Kensington from the author’s CRUEL series

Told from dual first person perspectives (Campbell and Blaire) WRIGHT THAT GOT AWAY is a second chance romance focusing on twenty-six year olds, rock star Campbell Abbey, and Marie ‘Blaire Blush’ Barker. Blaire and Campbell were high school sweethearts in Lubbock Texas but days after graduating Campbell announced he was going to Los Angeles, alone, to make it big in the music industry, leaving a heart broken Blaire behind. Fast forward eight years, wherein Campbell Abbey returns home to help celebrate award winning winery season, a celebration that brings him face to face with the woman he has never forgotten. Enter Blaire Barker, social media star, and the woman with whom he is still in love but Blaire struggles in the face of betrayal and loss, grief and heart break, knowing to catch up with Campbell means to remember the past. What ensues is the rebuilding romance and relationship between Campbell and Blaire, and the potential fall-out as the past comes full circle, pushing Campbell out of her life, again.

Campbell Abbey knew he was about to destroy Blaire Barker’s heart but Campbell was all about the music, and to stay home, meant never seeing his dream come to fruition. Blaire has always been Campbell’s muse, and with their reconnection, Campbell’s star is about to rise, once again. Blaire Barker never wants to experience the heartbreak of rejection ever again but her love for Campbell is a barely veiled threat to her own privacy, a privacy that will be tested when our heroine moves to LA with the man that she loves.

The relationship between Blaire and Campbell is one of second chances; a rekindling romance in which Campbell ‘s love for Blaire has never waned but forgiveness for past sins will come at a cost. As Blaire and Campbell work on repairing their friendship and relationship, someone else is working behind the scenes to make sure they never get together. ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date January 11, 2022

No one on this planet pushes my buttons like Hollin Abbey.

I don’t know if it’s the rugged, sexy cowboy look or the Harley Davidson motorcycle or the cocky swagger. Or just him.

But whenever we’re together we fight like cats and dogs. Now our vineyards are rivals in the annual wine competition, and I’m determined to win.

I just have to take out my Wright rival.

REVIEW: WRIGHT RIVAL is the tenth instalment in KA Linde’s wonderful, contemporary, adult WRIGHT erotic, romance series. This is thirty-year old, co-owner of Wright Winery Hollin Abbey, and twenty-nine year old, vintner at Sinclair Cellars Piper Medina’s story line. WRIGHT RIVAL can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Piper and Hollin) WRIGHT RIVAL is a frenemies to lovers story line focusing on thirty-year old, co-owner of Wright Winery Hollin Abbey, and twenty-nine year old vintner at Sinclair Cellars Piper Medina. Piper and Hollin are not only business rivals but their personal relationship was acrimonious and volatile hiding a barely veiled palpable sexual attraction. Everyone in their mutual circle saw what our couple refused to admit but it wasn’t until Hollin’s brother Campbell’s concert did our couple act on their unmistakable attraction. Hoping to keep their relationship quiet, it is only a matter of time before everyone suspects what our couple is trying to hide but all is not well behind the scenes are Hollin’s past refuses to let go, and Piper is blindsided by the previous owners of Sinclair Cellars. The upcoming Texas Wine Award competition will see a friendly rivalry between our leading couple, a competition that will see Piper take a stand that will affect both her personal and professional life. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Hollin and Piper, and the fall-out as betrayal and heart break force Piper to change her direction going forward.

Hollin Abbey is a bit of a manwh*re, and his reputation affected his relationship with our story line heroine. The bitter and caustic, back and forth between our story line couple, is often immature and angst inducing, affecting everyone they knew . Always pushing one another’s proverbial buttons, their mutual hatred hid an attraction that was about to spontaneously combust. Piper Medina wanted nothing to do with Hollin Abbey, and although she was currently involved in another relationship, Hollin refused to take no for an answer. Knowing her current relationship was not her happily ever after, her attraction to Hollin may have been the motivating factor in walking away.

The relationship between Hollin and Piper was tempestuous at best but there was no denying the obvious. Hollin’s history with women was a bone of contention for our story line heroine but our couple never expected his past to destroy any hopes going forward. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic, and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including several characters and couples we had met in previous story lines as well as Hollin’s siblings Campbell and Nora, Nora’s boyfriend August; Piper’s siblings Peyton and Peter, their father Matthew, and Abuelita Nina; Tamara, costume coordinator Tori, Jordan, Julian and Blaire. Campbell and Blaire’s story line is next.

WRIGHT RIVAL is a story of family, friendships, relationships and love; a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance. The premise is heart breaking, emotional and intense; the romance is seductive and captivating; the characters are energetic, charismatic and impassioned.

REVIEW:TWELVE NAUGHTY NIGHTS is an erotic holiday romance collection of twelve short stories set in the featured author’s established series-the perfect venue to catch up on some of our favorite series and couples.

ONE CRUEL WEDDING NIGHT by KA LINDE

ONE CRUEL WEDDING NIGHT is an adult stand alone, erotic, short story set in KA Linde’s CRUEL world. This is heir to the Percy Hotel chain Camden Percy, and heiress Katherine Van Pelt’s story line. For Camden and Katherine’s back story, I recommend reading KA Linde’s CRUEL series.

Told from dual first person perspective (Katherine and Camden) ONE CRUEL WEDDING NIGHT focuses on the marriage night, a marriage of convenience between our leading couple. Katherine’s father defrauded the IRA and his business and millions in ruin, and Camden has offered to ‘save’ our heroine in return for her complete surrender. Katherine knows Camden to be cruel but never expected to fall for the man that now controlled her life.

•••••••••

FOUR CALLING BIRDS by Nana Malone

FOUR CALLING BIRDS is a short erotic story focusing on Bryna and her husband, former professional thief, Prince Lucas Winston from the author’s ROYALS UNDONE duet.

Told from dual first person (Bryna and Lucas) FOUR CALLING BIRDS focuses on Bryna’s need to help a stranger. Vera Tana claims to be the ex girlfriend of Lord Byron Astley but said Lord has retained all of Vera’s possessions. Bryna offers the special set of skills of her husband, skills Lucas hasn’t used for a very long time but something about Vera is familiar, and Lucas isn’t about to blindly go into a job.

••••••••••

NINE LADIES DANCING by CD Reiss

NOTE: NINE LADIES DANCING is not connected to any of CD Reiss’ existing series.

NINE LADIES DANCING by CD Reiss is an erotic, sci-if short story focusing Gillian ‘Gilly’ Bardot and Brian. Told from first person perspective (Brian) NINE LADIES DANCING finds Brian asking permission to marry Gilly Bardot but not all or everyone is as they appear to be. With the influx of AI (artificial intelligence) manufactured by Allied Mechanical Intelligence Systems, Brian is unsure as to who is real, and who is a bot. Gillian suggests Brian test the waters but in the end, nothing is clear, everything remains muddy.

••••••••••

TEN DIRTY DEMANDS by Laurelin Paige

TEN DIRTY DEMANDS is a short erotic story focusing on Donovan Kincaid and Sabrina Lind found in the author’s DIRTY DUET series, a part of her DIRTY world.

Told from first person (Donovan Kincaid) TEN DIRTY DEMANDS finds Donovan Kincaid reluctant to ‘dress’ as Santa for the firm’s yearly Christmas party but a promise from his wife Sabrina, has Donovan focusing on ten dirty demands, payment for agreeing to his wife’s plea that he don the suit of ole’ Kris Kringle.

•••••••••

GIFT ME by M. Malone

Told from dual first person (Noelle and Deacon) GIFT ME by M. Malone focuses on Noelle Williams, and her neighbor Deacon Goode, the man that stars in Noelle’s fantasies and dreams. Noelle believes in soulmates-her parents met at Christmas, and Noelle is hoping Santa will play Christmas Cupid, and she will meet her own happily ever after. When a series of twelve Christmas gifts arrives for our story line heroine, Noelle can’t help but wonder who, or if Deacon is her mystery Santa.

••••••••

REVIEW:After reading book one, I waiting eagerly for the second book, and this one didn’t disappoint.

We start where House of Dragons (book one) ends…..

So without giving too much away from book one, which you definitely need to read before reading book two. Let’s review book two…..

This book was just as good as the last book. We get more of the plot unwinding and drawing you in. Kerrigan is a half fae half human that shouldn’t be going to be trained as a dragon rider. But she is, and the society needs to accept it. Fordham has to take Kerrigan back to his home to train her as a dragon rider. But people who come to train at the House of Shadows don’t last long! But the society aren’t happy with the outcome, so both Kerrigan and Fordham could be in real danger.

We have a budding romance between the main characters which was really sweet. Kerrigan is fearless in her pursuit of become a dragon rider. It means she will finally be accepted in her world. Fordham is wealthy and arrogant. But he sees something in Kerrigan that melts the ice around his heart.Kerrigan’s group of friends are great, really supportive of her and her endeavours. Always there to cheer her on.

And the world in which they live in, written so descriptively that you could close your eyes and see it all. It reminds me so much of the Mortal Instrument books, a little on the YA but tiptoeing into the Adult read. Also a smattering of How to Train your dragon , the trials and tribulations as Kerrigan tries to bond with the dragon she’s trying to ride! Young love with danger lurking in every corner! Red Masks are the group who want to eliminate humans and half fae and the biggest threat to Kerrigan. There is also other things going on in the background that I can’t possibility talk about ?

I will say it is just a little hectic! It needed to be slowed down just a little, I did get whiplash with the amount of information and action that was thrown at us!

Oh and it ends on a little bit of a cliffhanger!!

But I’d recommend this book and book one for a fun filled action packed adventure, with just a touch of romance.

Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Jennifer Gibson needed a plus one for her brother’s graduation in an effort to avoid a confrontation with her mother.: Julian Wright needed a plus one for a winery event, in an effort to avoid his villainous ex, so to appease the need in one another, Julian and Jennifer offered each other up in a fake relationship, a relationship that was about to turn into something more. Jennifer Gibson fell in love with Julian Wright the first time they met but our heroine struggles with severe anxiety, so severe that, at time, medication is required to prevent panic attacks. Not only has Owen destroyed his family but along the way, several new bits of information are about to throw the siblings in another family spiral.

The relationship between Julian and Jennifer is a friends to fake lovers in an effort to appease people in their lives but Jennifer is in love with Julian Wright, and fears her heart is about to shatter if Julian discovers the truth about her emotional disorders. Julian has lusted after Jennifer for as long as he can remember but his vindictive ex is about to destroy the love between our story line couple. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and familiar secondary and supporting characters including many of the former story line couples. We are Jennifer’s brother Chester, and their parents Connie and Dan Gibson, as well as the return of Julian’s ex Ashleigh Sinclair, Julian’s estranged parents Owen and Helena Wright, and rockstar Campbell Abbey.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date April 27, 2021

I shouldn’t have hooked up with my one night stand… again.

To be fair, I was having the worst day of my life. I was sure that nothing else could go wrong.

Then in walks Jordan Wright.

We have a heated history, and I’ve been avoiding him. Not least of all because he’s a hundred percent my type with those big brown eyes, a ripped body, and his blisteringly broody charm. I said I’d never go near him again.

But he’s there for me when I need him. And well, old habits die hard.

Only problem?

I’m leaving in a matter of months, and nothing is going to change my mind.

Maybe in the meantime, I can still have my Wright…with benefits.

••••••

REVIEW:WRIGHT WITH BENEFITS is a contemporary, adult, stand alone set in KA Linde’s erotic, romance WRIGHT WORLD series. This is Jordan Wright, and med-student Annie Donoghue’s continuing story line. Jordan and Annie’s story begins in the prequel novella ONE WRIGHT STAND (see below). You do not have to have read the original series to understand or follow the premise. WRIGHT WITH BENEFITS begins the latest arc of the author’s Wright World series.

Told in five parts, from dual first person perspectives (Annie and Jordan) WRIGHT WITH BENEFITS picks up three years after Jordan and Annie’s one night-stand. Jordan met Annie at a local café then again at the annual Wright pool party where a wild night together ended when Jordan walked out without looking back. Jordan claimed he was only in Lubbock, Texas for a very short time but much to Annie’s dismay Jordan moved to her home town a few weeks later, and as much as possible, she strategically avoided our hero for close to three years until the day from h*ll forced Annie to accept Jordan’s help when she needed it the most. Old feelings and emotions came to the surface but Annie was determined to keep their relationship a ‘friends with benefits’, a line Annie refused to cross as she was desperate to leave Lubbock in search for a more prestigious hospital to work. Jordan Wright knew he had hurt Annie but three years would pass and Annie continued to struggle with what she believed was betrayal, a betrayal that had broken all of her trust. What ensues is the rebuilding friendship and relationship between Annie and Jordan, and the potential fall-out as Jordan begins to push Annie out of his life, and Annie must come to a decision about her future with or without our story line hero.

Annie Donoghue is a feisty, determined heroine who battles between head and heart as it pertains to Jordan Wright. On one hand, she wants everything Jordan is willing to give but refuses to ‘name’ their relationship anything but a friends with benefits. Having no plans to remain in Lubbock Texas, Annie gives off mixed signals at every opportunity, signals that don’t endear the heroine to this voracious reader. Jordan Wright has fallen in love with our story line heroine and will do anything to keep their relationship together but a family crises forces Jordan pick sides, and our hero begins to push Annie out of his life.

The relationship between Annie and Jordan begins as a one-night stand but three years will pass before Annie accepts Jordan back into her life. Best friends with Jordan’s cousin Sutton, Annie struggled with each encounter with our story line hero until desperation forces Annie to accept Jordan back into her life. A distinct lack of communication, miscommunication and mixed signals does not bode well for this story line couple. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Jordan’s brother Julian, and his girlfriend Ashleigh, and their business partner /cousin Hollin Abbey, musician/cousin Campbell; Annie’s friends Sutton Wright, Cezanne and Jennifer, as well as Blaire, Piper and her brother Peter, Annie’s ex Chase Sinclair, and several characters from the author’s Wright World series including Jensen, Austin and Morgan Wright.

WRIGHT WITH BENEFITS is a story of family and friendships, relationships and acceptance, betrayal, misunderstanding, friendships, angst and love. The character driven premise is fast paced, entertaining and impassioned ; the chemistry is sizzling and hot; the characters are animated, stubborn, and energetic but it was Annie’s attitude, and back and forth, up and down reaction to EVERYTHING that involved our story line hero that quickly got old, very fast.

I should have known it couldn’t be that easy. After fourteen years of push and pull, neither of them is going to let me go. We’re a trio that should have never been. Me and Cole and Ash. One that I’m to marry and one that I’m to leave behind.

Now, once and for all, I have to choose: my groom or the man objecting?

But until then…hold the forevers.

REVIEW:HOLD THE FOREVERS by KA Linde is a stand alone, contemporary new adult to adult erotic, romance story line focusing on Delilah ‘Lila’ Greer, Cole Davis and Ash Talmadge.

Told from first person perspective (Delilah ‘Lila’ Greer) jumping between several timelines covering approximately fourteen years in the life, HOLD THE FOREVERS focuses on the love triangle between Delilah Greer, Cole Davis and Ash Talmadge.

Ash Talmadge was Lila’s high school sweetheart but Ash’s family had his future already mapped out, and Lila was not in the plans. Prom reveals a heart crushing secret, and our heroine, humiliated and beyond reason, runs away from the man she would always love.

Lila will meet Cole Davis at the University of Georgia, and it is insta-love for our story line couple but at every turn Lila would come face to face with Ash Talmadge, and in this the love Lila has for Cole is equally matched by the love Lila continues to feel for the boy, now man, who broke her heart. As the years pass, our heroine finds herself the careless and self-absorbed architect of a dangerous game of heart break and emotions wherein Cole and Ash would inevitably be pitted against one another in an effort to prove who was more worthy of Lila’s love, and in the end, Lila would destroy that love over and over again.

HOLD THE FOREVERS is a frustrating story of embattled love; a vicious and inescapable cycle of love and loss, deception and dishonesty, infidelity, passion, forgiveness and romance. Whether knowingly or unintentionally, our heroine continues to undermine the trust of both Cole and Ash but both men are unable to let go of the woman they could never stop loving, and in this all three participants are equally responsible for the heart ache and pain.

KA Linde pulls the reader into a roller coaster of emotions, heart break, friendships and love. Lila Greer loves both men equally but wanting both will force our heroine to choose, leaving one man destroyed , and the other hoping for a happily ever after.

HOLD THE FOREVERS will be a struggle for readers who dislike cheating and infidelity in their romance story lines. In the ebook copy, there is a link to an epilogue seven years in the future-here’s hoping the author has plans to write a story for the man who is forced to walk away from the woman he loves.
