The relationship between Sunnie and Patrick is forbidden between two patients locked down in rehab and detox but all is not well at the detox centre, and our couple must fight the powers as well as the ghosts from their pasts. The $ex scenes are intimate and edgy.

Several members of the Ruthless Kings MC play secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to Gale, a nurse at the rehab centre; Patricia, a counsellor, as well as several orderlies and staff members. The requisite evil has many faces.

PIRATE is a dark, gritty, raw and emotional story line; a haunting, twisted and tragic tale of abuse, power, control and evil. The premise is dramatic and intense; the characters are victims- broken but healing; the romance is opportunistic yet compelling.

REVIEW: REAPER is the first full-length instalment in KL Savage’s contemporary, adult RUTHLESS KINGS erotic, MC romance series focusing on the members of the Ruthless Kings MC. This is thirty-eight year old, club president Reaper, and soon to be eighteen year old, Sarah’s story line. Sarah and Reaper’s story first begins in the prequel novella –REAPER’S RISE-currently free with bookfunnel.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Sarah and Reaper) REAPER follows the building relationship between thirty-eight year old, club president Reaper, and soon to be eighteen year old, Sarah. Approximately eight years earlier, Reaper’s best friends and club VP Hawk was murdered, and in the ensuing aftermath Reaper raised Hawk’s son Jenkins aka Boomer like his own. Fast forward six years and Reaper would come face to face with his future in the guise of a bruised and battered young woman, Sarah, a young woman that would ultimately control his heart. What ensues is the back and forth, sexual frustration and palpable attraction between Sarah and Reaper, an attraction forbidden until Sarah becomes of age.

Meanwhile, the Ruthless Kings find themselves the target of an unknown enemy but an enemy closely connected to the local cartel. Shots are fired, buildings explode, violence, mayhem, murder and revenge, and Sarah and Jenkins’ lives hang in the balance, when a psychotic young man takes what doesn’t belong.

The relationship between Sarah and Reaper is one of the forbidden. Reaper refuses to give in to his attraction to, and need for Sarah, waiting until her eighteenth birthday but Sarah doesn’t make is easy, as she continues to flaunt her body, and slowly seduce the man she has loved for close to two years. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and aggressive.

There is a large ensemble case of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to the Ruthless Kings MC: Jenkins aka Boomer, Tongue, Skirt, Poodle, Tool, Doc, Tank, Pirate and Bullseye; hotelier and cartel head Mateo Moretti and his step-son Fabian Trullo. Boomer’s story line is next.

REAPER is a story of family, friendships, duty and love; betrayal and vengeance. The premise is dark and gritty; the characters are dynamic; the romance is seductive and intense.
