ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date May 17, 2022
Luna Winchester’s life is firmly entrenched in the coastal town of Huckleberry Bay, Oregon. A fourth-generation lightkeeper, Luna is carrying on the Winchester tradition by tending to the lighthouse. Plus, she’s decided to renovate a long-abandoned building on the property and make it a B&B, Luna’s Light. Surrounded by family and her two childhood best friends, her life is full.
Wolfe Conrad is in hiding, and he’s come to Huckleberry Bay to heal. A career-ending accident on the track nearly took his life, and now he seeks refuge to try and build a new one. The quaint town’s slow pace rattles the man whose first love is fast cars—and then there’s the beautiful innkeeper, who rattles him in different ways.
Falling in love with Luna definitely isn’t part of Wolfe’s plan. Local legends that tell of unrequited love and despair? Unbelievable. But stranger things have happened, like two strangers falling in love…

REVIEW:LIGHTHOUSE WAY is the first (and slightly paranormal) instalment in Kristen Proby’s contemporary, adult HUCKLEBERRY WAY erotic, romance series. This is former race car driver Wolfe Conrad, and B&B owner Luna Winchester’s story line.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Luna and Wolfe) LIGHTHOUSE WAY follows in the aftermath of a career ending crash for race car driver Wolfe Conrad. Having never expected to return home or settle down in the immediate future, Wolfe finds himself struggling with his next direction in life until reconnecting with a woman from his past. Luna Winchester has lived all of her life in Huckleberry Bay, Oregon, and is about to turn her family home into a bed and breakfast, and coming face to face with her past in the guise of Wolfe Conrad, the man with whom Luna will fall in love. Wolfe Conrad is hoping to open a garage and repair shop for classic cars in Huckleberry Bay but first Wolfe is hoping to seduce the woman that calls to his heart. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Wolfe and Luna as our couple must navigate their futures while venturing on different paths.
The relationship between Luna and Wolfe is a friends to lovers romance in which Wolfe’s reputation with the ladies precedes his return to Huckleberry Bay. Luna has plans to open an upscale B&B while Wolfe finds he may be the target of jealousy or revenge. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
We are introduced to Luna’s friends June and Sarah: Luna’s brother Apollo, Apollo’s friends Tanner, as well as Wolfe’s friend and soon to be business partner Zeke. A large number of locals come in and out of our couple’s lives.
LIGHTHOUSE WAY is a story of family, friendships, relationships and love; the past, present and the future; determination, acceptance and revelations. The premise is captivating; the romance is seductive; the characters are energetic and determined.
