Sophia feels trapped in the rehab facility against her will, as Switch continues to struggle with ten missing years, and the physical disabilities that prevent him from moving on.As our couple begin to search for the truth, threats of a different nature reveal a dark side to living the life of a Mafia princess.

The relationship between Sophia and Theo begins in recovery. Neither one remembers their past, and in doing so, both hope to make memories going forward but danger will begin to descend upon our story line heroine, and Theo is desperate to protect the woman with whom he is falling in love. The $ex scenes are erotic and intense-Theo believes he is a bit of a masochist in bed.

There is a large ensemble cast of familiar secondary and supporting characters, most of whom we met in the previous instalments including several members of the Iron Outaws MC . We are introduced to Sophia’s brothers Alessio, Leo and Luca, as well as their father Vincenzo Viscuso. The requisite evil has many faces. Vex’s story line is next.

The tattoo across my right hip says it all really. A Life Less Ordinary. Inked by the amazingly talented Luke Wessman at the Wooster Street Social Club (a.k.a. New York Ink). Why is it important? Well, it sums up my view on life. That we should all aspire to live a life that is less boring, less predictable. Be bold, and do something amazing. I’ve made some crazy choices. I’ve been a car maker, a consultant, and even a senior executive at a large retailer running strategy. Born in England, spent time in the U.S. and Japan, before ending up in Canada where I met my own, personal hero – all six and a half feet of him. Both of us are scorpios! Yeah, I know! Should have checked the astrological signs earlier, but somehow it works for us. We have two amazing kids, who I either could never part with or could easily be convinced to sell on e-bay.

HIS DARK DESIRE fills in some of the missing background and history regarding our story line couple. Joe Ranieri is Gabriella Sanchez’ father (OBSESSIVE UNION Made 9).

Told from dual first person perspectives (Joe and Hazel) covering several years HIS DARK DESIRE reveals some of the background information about Gabriella’s father: his Mafia connections; his estranged marriage to his first wife; the conception of his daughter; and the woman with whom he will fall in love. Joe Raineri is a Mafia kingpin but wants to go legitimate in the wake of his personal life spiralling out of control. Meeting and hiring PA Hazel stirred something deep within our story line hero but Joe’s personal life refuses to go quietly, and in this Hazel finds herself on the outside looking in. The character driven premise is dramatic and edgy but felt a little bit rushed; the characters are stubborn and determined ; the age-gap romance is seductive but too many timeline skips results in missing details but such is the nature of the novella.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and interesting secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to Garrison’s friend Caden; Alex’s mother, his cousin Ghita, Uncle Lorenz; Alex’s father’s right hand man Valente Guerra, and D’Angelo Bianchi. The requisite evil was easily deduced.

COURTING DANGER is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, homophobia and obsession, secrets and lies, family and acceptance. The fast paced, character driven premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is intimate and provocative; the characters are powerful, energetic and determined.

The $ex scenes are provocative and passionate but I dislike the use of a certain four-letter word, although only used once, more for shock value than anything else.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and powerful secondary and supporting characters including the return of Dante De Salvo and his wife Iris: Christiano and Felicity: Mikey, and their mother Eleonora; Romeo’s daughter Lucia and her bodyguard Enrico,as well as several other security specialists, and enemies. We are introduced to Grace’s sister Cait, and Romeo’s ex Amber. The requisite evil has many faces.

ASSISTANT TO THE MAFIA is a story of power and control, secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, greed and obsession, family and friendships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is dramatic and intriguing; the romance is seductive ; the characters are determined and charismatic.

REVIEW: FEARLESS SINNER is the third instalment in Faith Summers’ contemporary, adult EMPIRE OF SINNERS dark, erotic, Mafia romance series. This is head of the Irish Crime Family Cillian O’Ridian, and former dancer Chloe Ricci’s story line. FEARLESS SINNER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Cillian and Chloe) FEARLESS SINNER follows the building romance and relationship between our story line couple. Desperate to save both her mother and the family business, Chloe is willing to do anything but never expected to find herself married to the Irish boss. The world building follows several paths including Chloe’s desperate attempts to save the family business; a faceless enemy who is taking aim at our story line hero; and betrayal from within that threatens everything Cillian holds dear.

The relationship between Cillian and Chloe begins when Chloe approaches Cillian about the debt her step-father incurred. Cillian demands payment from our story line heroine, unaware of the steps Chloe is willing to take in order to save face and the family business. As Cillian begins to ‘seek out’ the woman with whom he will fall in love, someone else is targeting our story line hero. The $ex scenes are provocative and seductive.

The secondary and supporting characters are dynamic and colorful. We are introduced to Chloe’s mom, and Chloe’s best friend Roxanne, Jaxon Bortsov, as well as the return of Bratva second in command Dante Levitsky; Cillian’s sister Olivia O’Ridian and Bratva heir Virgo Antonov. The requisite evil has many faces.

FEARLESS SINNER is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, secrets and lies, acceptance and love. The premise is captivating and intriguing; the romance is passionate and fated; the characters are desperate and charismatic.

This is thirty-six year old, billionaire crime lord Drazen Krylov, and thirty-three year old attorney Taylor Crown’s story line. MONSTROUS URGES can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Taylor will become a prisoner of the man with whom she will fall in love as Drazen struggles to understand what has happened and why. Drazen is a man with questionable sexual appetites, and Taylor is ripe for his games of cat and mouse. The $ex scenes are provocative and dark, with numerous scenes of disturbing CNC (consent/non-consent) and aggression.

We are reintroduced to attorney Gabriel Black, and attorney Fumi Yamaguchi (Poisonous Kiss); Eloise and Alistair Black (Devious Vows); Fumi’s brother Kenzo, and Drazen’s right hand man Milos. There are several powerful and dangerous Bratva cameos-the requisite evil has many faces.

MONSTROUS URGES is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance; hatred and obsession; secrets and lies, acceptance and love. The premise is dark, dramatic and intense; the characters are desperate, charismatic, and twisted; the romance is limited -I did not feel any palpable sexual attraction, there was only a need to hurt and be hurt.

Heed my WARNING-the triggers are numerous, brutal, haunting- a cautionary suggestion to be prepared.
