REVIEW:HELLSING’S GRACE is the ninth instalment in Crimson Syn’s contemporary, adult RBMC: NEW ORLEANS National Chapter erotic, MC romance series, a part of the multi-authored RBMC series. This is forty-seven year old MC chaplain and exorcist Peter Hellsing, and twenty-eight year old MC princess Grace Desdemone’s story line. HELLSING’S GRACE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but the author recommends reading TICK TOCK BOOM for some backstory and cohesion.

NOTE: HELLSING’S GRACE is a supernatural / paranormal story line focusing on exorcisms and demons.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Hellsing and Grace) using present day and memories form the past, HELLSING’S GRACE follows in the wake of an attack on Grace Desdemone’s shop the Midnight Witch by the RBMC rival the Bloody Scorpions but all is not as it appears to be and the demon from Hellsing’s past, has targeted our heroine for her, for a blood debt owed. Grace’s father Virgil Desdemone was a member of the RBMC, as well as their resident exorcist. Virgil saved a young Peter Hellsing, training our story line hero, the man who has been assigned as guardian and protector of the woman with whom he will fall in love but the demon wants revenge, and takes aim at our story line couple.

The world building focuses on the demon Bael; possession, rituals, and H*ll, as Hellsing must enter the underworld in an effort to save the woman he loves.

The relationship between Hellsing and Grace is acrimonious at best; spiteful and antagonistic in the wake of Grace’s stubbornness and inability to trust. Refusing Hellsing’s help, Grace will be forcibly moved in an effort to protect her life but in doing so, forces the demon to take at will. The $ex scenes are aggressive and provocative.

The colorful secondary and supporting characters include several members from the RBMC including Jameson, and Grace’s father Virgil Desdemone.

HELLSING’S GRACE is a story of power and control, obsession and possession, loss and grief, family and friendships. The character driven premise is haunting and dramatic; the characters are edgy and determined; the romance intense.

Roquelaure’s Sleeping Beauty trilogy, then you’re missing out. Those were my sweet introductions to erotic romance, and boy were they hot.

So here I am, after reading so many wonderful stories, I have too many sinful tales of my own not to share. I like my alphas rough and possessive, and I have no shame in saying it or writing it. I had delightfully wicked teachers growing up, their books took me to new worlds and brought me new loves. So, I want to do the same for you. This is Jose ‘Tick Tock’ Barrero, and Natalia Ramirez’ story line. TICK TICK BOOM can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Told from three first person perspectives (Tick Tock, Natalia, Croak), following several timelines staring in 1994 to present day, TICK TOCK BOOM follows in the early days of the RBMC: New Orleans chapter in which the membership and hierarchy were constantly at war with one another. Tick Tock was a man who was struggling with the direction of the club but the infighting was about to expose the deadly and dangerous demons that lurked just outside of the walls, demons that were about to destroy the RBMC: New Orleans. Meeting Natalia Ramirez, a ‘kitten’ working at a local sex club finds our hero wanting to claim Natalia as his own but within weeks, Tick Tock would discover Natalia’s connection to the club,a connection that would threaten everything Tick Tock held close.

The world building follows several path including the imploding brotherhood within the RBMC: New Orleans; a fight for power and control, and the betrayal between family and friends.

The relationship between Tick Tock and Natalia is one of the forbidden; an age gap, second chance romance in which perceived betrayal leads to heart break, anger, mistrust and disillusionment. Natalia struggles to trust the man with whom she fell in love, as Tick Tock battles with the loss of our story line heroine. The $ex scenes are provocative and intense, including scenes of BDSM, spanking, role play and daddy kink.

There is a large ensemble cast of questionable and aggressive secondary and supporting characters spanning two to three generations of the RBMC, including a number of the original National chapter.

What ensues is the cross country journey of Snare and Catalina as the struggle to stay one step ahead of the Cartel, and the RBMC that is determined to take them down.

Snare has found himself on the outside looking in when he had to make a choice between the woman with whom he was falling in love, or the man that was about to end their lives. On the run, Snare and Catalina would come face to face with different chapters of the RBMC, the Reapers MC, and the Hellbound Lovers but not once did anyone consider ‘why’ Snare had to take the action that has made him a target of everyone else.

The relationship between Snare and Catalina begins as an observation assignment, that quickly escalates into stalker and protection. Catalina’s life hangs in the balance as the Cartel wants something Catalina’s father is hiding, and the RBMC are determined to destroy them both in the process. The $ex scenes are passionate and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including several members of the RBMC: New Orleans Chapter, members of the Reapers MC, and the Hellbound Lovers MC. At every turn, Snare is desperate to protect the woman he loves but in doing so, his vengeance is seen as a betrayal against the MC he was so desperate to join.

COERCED INTO SUBMISSION is a story of greed and obsession, betrayal and vengeance, assault and murder, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is twisted and tragic; the romance is provocative; the characters are determined and desperate.

REVIEW: SOUL FIRE is a prequel novella in Crimson Syn’s contemporary, adult RBMC: New Orleans MC romance series. This is firefighter and MC member Lieutenant Mason ‘Brimstone’ Hudson, and Inn owner Soul Montgomery’s story line. SOUL FIRE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but I recommend reading THE ENFORCER’S HOLIDAY PACKAGE for background and history as some of the events of the current timeline are as of a direct result of the events in the aforementioned story.

Told from three first person perspectives (Soul, Brim, Siege), set approximately thirty years earlier focusing on the OG, SOUL FIRE follows in the wake of a deliberate fire that set ablaze Soul Montgomery’s Mountain Inn in Port Townsend. Rescued by Lieutenant Mason ‘Brimstone’ Hudson, Soul would quickly become a part of Brimstone’s life but another deadly fire would see the Lieutenant reconsidering his career as a firefighter, as well as his membership in the RBMC. Struggling between head and heart, believing himself unworthy in the face of loss, Brimstone would play a game of push and pull with our storyline heroine, a game that would place Soul’s life in the direct line of fire when the Russian Mafia demands payment in return for someone they lost. What ensues is the back and forth, building but often heart breaking relationship between Soul and Brim, and the potential fall-out as Russian Mafia take aim at the women of the RBMC.

The relationship between Brim and Soul is one of instant attraction but a deadly fire finds Brim struggling with the loss of life, and the ensuing guilt surrounding the death of someone else.Needing Soul yet continually pushing our heroine aside, Brim battles his attraction and desire for a woman he believes he doesn’t deserve. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense.

The secondary and supporting characters include Siege and Harmony (The Enforcer’s Holiday Package) , Saddle, and Paul ‘Bulldog’ Jameson, club secretary Silencer, and Detective Noel ‘Cipher’ Garcia. We are introduced to Detective Aiyana Locklear.
