Having lost someone close, Angel DeMarco is going off-book, intending to take down the Death Cheaters MC but from the outset the MC is unaware the drug is back on the street, and the DEA Agent gracing their club is about to become fodder in a war between rival MCs. What ensues is the relationship between Angel, and Baron, Cash and Reid, and the attacks that will target our story line heroine.

The world building, once again, focuses on the reverse harem relationship between our leading foursome. Angel battles between head and heart believing the men with whom she is falling in love are responsible for so much death and destruction.Forced to remain with the the Death Cheaters MC, Angel will discover that another MC is responsible including someone working from the inside.

The relationship between Angel and her trio of men begins acrimoniously as Angel is determined to destroy the Death Cheaters MC but it will become readily apparent that Angel has targeted the wrong people, people who are willing to risk their own lives to protect the woman they love. The $ex scenes are aggressive and intense but there is some question of believability in the face of a shooting and the health of our heroine, and the need for $ex while still in recovery 😉 .

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including several members of the Death Cheaters MC, the Black Diamonds MC, as well as several DEA agents .

TWISTED FLAMES is a story of power and control, vengeance and misdirection, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is provocative; the characters are determined and desperate.

Knowing their only option was to escape to save Julia’s sister, Fangs put a quick plan into motion, a plan that would sees lives lost but the escape and rescue of Fangs, Julia and Theresa. What ensues is the quick building relationship between Julia and Fangs, as the Steel Scorpions MC work together to take down a human trafficking ring run by the Devil’s Rage MC

The relationship between Fangs and Julia is quick to develop. A few days together in captivity meant Fangs had to formulate a plan but rescuing Theresa may be much more dangerous and difficult than Julia had imagined. Once free, Julia finds herself wanting something more from our story line hero, something that would quickly grow into their own happily ever after. The $ex scenes are passionate and intense, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

The secondary and supporting characters include Steel Scorpions MC members: Bender, Goose, Reaper, Angel and Viper, as well as Julia’s sister Theresa, women’s shelter coordinator Nadia, and Bullet, the requisite evil from the Devil’s Rage MC.

FANGS is a quick read; a story of rescue and recovery, friendships and family, relationships and love. The fast paced premise is engaging and captivating; the romance is an insta-lust to love impassioned relationship; the characters are energetic and determined.

It came out almost like a whisper, yet the gratitude within those two words struck my heart hard. She had been such a trooper, such a strong woman in the face of such carnage, and I wondered what all she had endured in her life to help her get to that point. I mean, she hadn’t once mentioned her parents. Were they even in the picture?
The idea that she was alone in life hurt. And it caused me to shuffle myself beneath the covers just so I could hold her. Just so I could be there. Just so I could show her that she wasn’t alone, not as long as she was with me.

REAPER can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion, I recommend reading the series in order as there is an ongoing premise, and each successive instalment builds upon the previous story line.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Rose and Reaper) REAPER follows in the wake of Rose’s life spiralling out of control. Rose’s husband Blake refuses to sign their divorce papers, and has threatened our heroine in the process. It has been seven years since Rose last spoke to her childhood best friend Caleb but desperate times means Rose needed help, and Caleb is the man to call but to Rose’s surprise, Caleb is a member of the Steel Scorpions MC, and his MC name is now Reaper. Years have past since Caleb thought about the woman he once called his best friend but an eye witness account drove Caleb to claim Rose as his own in the face of lost love and years apart. Meanwhile, the Steel Scorpions MC is still at war with the Devil’s Rage MC, and someone will be sacrificed as payment for a debt. Seeing her name pop up on my screen brought back so many memories. Her face bombarded my mind immediately, and all of the sudden my exhaustion dissipated into nothingness. She had been my lifeline throughout high school. The one person I could lean on, no matter what. She taught me about love, life, friendship, and kinship. She taught me how to kiss, and what to do on dates with women. Hell, she even helped get my ass through Pre-Calc, which had been a nightmare in and of itself.

“Thanks for bringing me home,” she said as she gripped her dressing room bag.

I slid my hands into my jean pockets to keep from reaching out for her. “Like I said, it’s my job.”

Her gaze raked down my body as she opened the door. “Uh huh.”

Jesus Christ, how I wanted to kiss her. I wanted to blanket her mouth with mine and back her into that apartment before I closed the door with her back. But I forced myself to stay put. She had almost been abducted by some crazy-ass drunk back at the bar. The last thing she needed was yet another man groping her body as if he felt entitled to it.

Besides, she worked for the club.

And Fangs would kill me if I became involved with any woman that worked for us.

“Well, you have a good night,” I said as I took a step backward.

She tilted her head. “Goodnight, Viper.”

I nodded. “Yeah, good night.”

“Night.”

I waved at her as I backtracked toward the stairs. “Night.”

She giggled. “You already said that.”

I winked. “So did you.”

Then, as she closed the door, I heard her flip the lock behind it, which made me feel comfortable about going down to my bike and leaving her for the night.

Even though I had to stuff my hand down my pants and rearrange my cock just so I could get on my bike and head home myself.
