REVIEW: SINNER’S STEEL is the third installment in Sarah Castille’s contemporary adult Sinner’s Tribe Motorcycle Club erotic romance series focusing on the men and women of the Sinner’s Tribe MC. This is Sinner’s Tribe VP Zane Colter, and graphic artist Evie’s storyline. SINNER’S STEEL can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty.

Told from dual third person perspectives SINNER’S STEEL focuses on the second chance relationship between Evie and Zane. Evie, Zane and Sinner’s Steel President Jagger Knight were best friends and grew up together in Stanton, Montana but nine years had past since Evie last saw Jagger or Zane when the man that she loved disappeared after a night of passion that ended with threats against Zane by Evie’s father. Fast forward to present day wherein Evie hides a secret that will immediately change Zane’s life. While the Sinner’s Steel MC prepare for a war with the Black Jack MC, Evie will be the number one target of the Black Jack’s president- a man who never takes no for an answer.

Evie is a woman whose life has never centered in and around the motorcycle clubs but her current status as a designer in a custom bike shop finds our heroine impossibly and unbelievably naïve to the world of the MC lifestyle. For all intents and purposes, Evie is an innocent who triggers the chaos and mayhem that further ignites a deadly war between rival clubs.

The relationship between Evie and Zane is one of second chances; Evie never knew what had happened to Zane nine years earlier and in the ensuing time Evie’s life had changed in more ways than one. Zane and Evie have always loved one another but Zane found himself on the outside looking in when he believed Evie had moved on with someone else. The $ex scenes are numerous, erotic, seductive and hot. Zane and Evie have a sexually aggressive relationship both in and out of the bedroom.

SINNER’S TRIBE MC series has a large ensemble cast of characters who all play secondary and supporting roles including Jagger and Arianne (Rough Justice #1), Dawn and Cade (Beyond the Cut #2), as well as all of the members of the Sinner’s Tribe MC. Viper-the Black Jack MC’s president-returns as the requisite evil but his presence, brings with it, death and destruction throughout the story.

The violence level increases with each storyline but as per the previous installments most of the traumatic action takes place behind the scenes and the reader is third party to the information and aftermath of any attacks and destruction-but that is not to say that what happens is any less heartbreaking or graphic. The MC lifestyle is dark and dirty; dangerous and deadly; no one is immune to the violence and death.

SINNER’S STEEL is an engaging, dramatic and impassioned storyline where the past meets the present; where the dark and dangerous motorcycle clubs control with absolute power and destroy lives for the ultimate in revenge. The premise is heartbreaking and tense; the characters are memorable and sometimes menacing; the romance leads to a happily ever after for now. Sarah Castille’s SINNER’S TRIBE MOTORCYCLE CLUB SERIES is perfect for the reader who doesn’t like graphic MC violence as most of the bloodshed and brute force is behind the scenes or implied.
