REVIEW:TIN QUEEN is the sixth and final instalment in Devney Perry’s contemporary, adult TIN GYPSY erotic, MC, romance series focusing on the former members of the Tin Gypsy MC. This is Emmett Stone, and attorney Nova Talbot’s story line. TIN QUEEN can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading the series in order for back story and cohesion as there is an ongoing premise throughout.

Told from dual first person perspective (Nova and Emmett) TIN QUEEN follows Nova Talbot’s need for revenge. Having lost her younger brother TJ to a bullet, and her father not sitting in jail for three consecutive life sentences, Nova finds herself doing her father’s bidding, an in effort to exact revenge on the people she blames for the loss of the people she loved. On the hunt for the son of the man her father claims took out her brother, Nova heads into the former Tin Gypsy territory, to seduce and kill the man with whom she will fall in love. As the Tin Gypsy’s find themselves constantly on alert for more retaliation, Emmett begins to fall in love with a woman who is about to break his heart. What ensues is the building romance and relationship between Emmett and Nova, and the fall-out when the truth is revealed.

Everything about Nova Talbot is a lie: from her name to her background, to her family and her life, Nova is determined to take down what’s left of the Tin Gypsy’s, an MC that is no longer active but most of the surviving and second generation members continue to work and live in Clifton Forge. Her first target is the son of the man she blames for destroying her family but as the truth unfolds, secrets and lies will do more damage than she could have ever imagined. Emmett Stone knows loss including the murder of his father but never expected to lose his heart to a woman who is about to destroy his life. Falling in love was easy but trusting Nova would be the biggest mistake of Emmett’s life.

The relationship between Emmett and Nova is one of immediate attraction although Nova is on a mission to take down our story line hero. Believing everything her father has ever told her, Nova takes aim at Emmett Stone, leaving destruction and heart break in her wake. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

Most of the previous story line couples and characters play secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to Emmett’s mother; Nova’s sister Shelby aka May, and their mother January Johnson, as well as the return of Nova’s father Tucker Talbot (Fallen Jester)

TIN QUEEN is a story of family and relationships, secrets and lies, betrayal, retribution and vengeance, acceptance and love. The premise is emotional, heart breaking and revealing; the romance is seductive and spicy; the characters are broken, determined and haunted. REVIEW:FALLEN JESTER is the fifth instalment in Devney Perry’s contemporary, adult TIN GYPSY erotic, MC romance series focusing on the former members of the Tin Gypsy MC. This is thirty-two year old, automotive restorer Leo Winter, and twenty-four year old, graduate student Cassandra Cline’s story line. FALLEN JESTER can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary but for back story and cohesion, I recommend reading the series in order.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Cass and Leo) FALLEN JESTER follows in the wake of a one night stand between twenty-four year old Cassandra Cline and Leo Winter. Six weeks would pass wherein our heroine, along with Scarlett Marks (Noble Prince #4), had been abducted and held prisoner by Tucker Talbot and the Arrowhead Warriors MC, and in the ensuing time would discover she was pregnant with Leo’s child. Unable to accept the responsibilities of fatherhood, Leo pushes our heroine out of his life, due in part to immaturity and fear, a fear of failure and losing his freedom for a one-night stand. What ensues is the acrimonious but building relationship between Cass and Leo, and the potential fall-out as the enemy continues to focus on vengeance targeting our couple in their deadly games.

Thirty-two year old Leo Winter has yet to grow up; a party boy who is always looking for a good time, Leo barely remembers the woman that would call to his heart but it is Cass’s heart that will sustain the most damage as Leo continues to push her out of his life. Cassandra Cline is a strong-willed, determined young woman, and is willing to go it alone, and raise her child with or without Leo’s help. There is a large ensemble cast of colorful, energetic and dynamic secondary and supporting characters including all of the previous story line couples. We are introduced to Cass’s parents Dale and Claudia Cline, as well as Cass’s friend and former roommate Olive. Emmett Stone’s story line is next in Tin Queen.

FALLEN JESTER is a story of vengeance and betrayal; heart break and struggle; family, relationships, friendships and love. The premise is emotional and engaging; the romance is seductive and hot; the characters are temperamental, intense, broken yet healing. REVIEW: GYPSY KING is the first instalment in Devney Perry’s contemporary, adult TIN GYPSY erotic, MC, romance series focusing on the members of the former Tin Gypsy MC. This is club president Kingston ‘Dash’ Slater, and journalist Bryce Ryan’s story line. The Tin Gypsy is a spin-off from the author’s Jamison Valley series and Clover Chapel #1, but you do not have to have read the previous series to understand or follow Gypsy King.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Bryce and Dash) GYPSY KING follows the building relationship and romance between the former Tin Gypsy club president Kingston ‘Dash’ Slater, and journalist Bryce Ryan. A woman was found murdered at a local Clifton Forge hotel, and journalist and new co-owner of the newspaper, Bryce Ryan, is determined to expose the now-defunct Tin Gypsies MC as the killers she believes them to be. Desperate for a story Bryce is willing to point fingers, with the help of the local police, at former club president Draven Slater, before any proof has been revealed but in doing so may have pointed the finger at an innocent man. When Kingston ‘Dash’ Slater offers a compromise to work together to uncover the truth, secrets will be revealed throwing Dash and Draven’s life out of control. What ensues is the building relationship between Dash and Bryce, and the potential fall-out as the Tin Gypsies may have been targeted for sins of the past, and Bryce becomes collateral damage in a war long thought over and done.

Bryce Ryan had wanted to make it big in television journalism but things did not go according to plan. We are introduced to Bryce’s father Lane Ryan; as well as several former members of the Tin Gypsy MC including Dash’s brother Nick, and their father Draven: Emmett, Leo, Isaiah, and bookkeeper Presley.

GYPSY KING is a story of family, betrayal, vengeance, and lies. The conflict has yet to be resolved but secrets from the past have stirred up a hornet’s nest of confusion, and had made its’ way to Clifton Forge. The premise is intriguing and captivating; the characters are colorful and energetic; the romance is steamy and hot. GYPSY KING is a strong introduction to the Tin Gypsy series.
