Release Date: September 13, 2018

Description:
Two thousand years ago, someone stole the king’s treasure from Daegan’s father. An unexpected enemy uses this hoard to set Daegan on a path to his ultimate demise by dangling the one bait everyone knows the dragon king can’t ignore—protecting one of his own.
While racing to help a friend, Evalle lands in a trap where she’s given the unimaginable choice to either destroy her dragon king or condemn everyone she loves to die. Even her Skinwalker mate, Storm, has no way to track her this time.
Friendships and allies are tested as Atlanta erupts with preternatural exposure. Who will join Storm and Daegan to go where even a dragon has no chance of survival? With the enemy willing to gamble everything to take down Daegan, Evalle accepts her destiny, but on her terms. She never wants anyone to see what she’s become, especially Storm.
Destiny is not a choice, but a summons. The hourglass favors no one.
Review:
Treoir Dragon Hoard by Dianna Love is the 10th book in her fantastic Belador series. As I have said before, Dianna Love is one of my favorite authors, and this series is one of my top favorites. Once again, she gives us an exciting tense on the edge story that keeps us glued to our seat from start to finish.
Daegan, the dragon leader of the Beladors and Treoir, continues to make his team top priority, and has no qualms about putting his own life in danger. Treoir Dragon Hoard starts with Evalle (our wonderful series heroine) going on a mission with Adrianna, which ends up as a trap, with her being kidnapped. Storm, her lover, cannot sense Evalle, since his connection to her was ripped out of her chest during the kidnapping. Where is Evalle, and why did they kidnap her?
The story centers on Daegan, Storm, Quinn, Adrianna, Tristan, Reese and the rest of the team desperately trying to find Evalle. The other POV is with Evalle, as she is now in another realm where no one can find her. The enemy is in control in this realm, leaving Evalle in bad shape unable to shift to her gryphon self to heal. She is forced to do the enemy’s bidding to fight off monsters; which is expected from her to be able to fight Daegan, or her friends and family will all die. What is Evalle going to do?
Storm is desperately trying find his mate, and also try to keep his calm, as all the Beladors and Alterants are working together to help find her. The story does not let up, as we are on the edge of our seat throughout the whole book. I will not tell too much more, since I do not want to give spoilers. What follows is an exciting pulse pounding adventure, with all of our favorites playing major parts. We also get to see some of our recurring villains such as Macha, Maeve, Cathbad, as well as the new villains, who are just as evil. I have to say that I was thrilled to get to see a bit more of my favorite gargoyle, Feenix. ( I love my sweet Feenix).
Treoir Dragon Hoard was an exciting, wild fantastic race to the climax, holding our breaths to see how it would end. Dianna Love always gives us great characters, even the bad ones. I love how she makes wonderful heroines, who continue to play major parts of the stories; Evalle, Adrianna, Reese and Brina.
If you love paranormal, urban fantasy, suspense and romance, with fantastic characters you should be reading this series, as Dianna is one of the best. You need to start with the first book, in order to know Evalle (one of the best kick-ass heroines) and all the Beladors. If you have not read Dianna Love, what are you waiting for?
